Relax in style at this cozy home conveniently located between Fairview and Girard. Twelve miles to Presque Isle State Park, and just minutes from the popular steelhead fishing area on Elk Creek! Enjoy breathtaking hikes at Bluffs State Park, or relax on the sandy beaches of Presque Isle State park. After a day of exploring, bbq the catch of the day or craft meals in our fully stocked kitchen. Sip your morning coffee on the balcony. Perfect for a group of friends or family to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Truly a gem!
The space
The main level includes a spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen. The attached large outdoor deck includes an available picnic table and a gas grill. Bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor, with a king size bed in one bedroom, a queen in another, and a queen and a twin in 3rd bedroom. Great Location! Close to Bluffs State Park, ten minutes to Presque Isle State Park, and Millcreek Mall shopping. Peek and Peak Resort is just 45 minutes away. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home!
Guest access
Guests will have total privacy and access to all living spaces and the outdoor deck. No backyard access. The owners live in an apartment on the rear side of house, if you need anything just ask!

We stayed here for a week with four adults and two kids (ages 5 and 8), and it was easily one of the best hosting experiences we’ve ever had. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with anything you might forget from feminine products to coffee and cream, plus a thoughtful snack basket. They even had extra towels, pillows, and supplies ready so we never had to ask for a thing.The hosts were always available through communication if anything was needed, but honestly, they had already anticipated everything. On a rainy day, the games and cards they provided kept everyone entertained and made the day feel cozy. We cooked out on the grill and loved that they even had corn‑on‑the‑cob nobs and a picnic tablecloth ready for us.Even though the hosts live in an attached apartment, we had complete privacy and only saw them once for a warm, friendly hello. Their booklet of recommendations for parks, restaurants, and fishing spots was incredibly helpful, every place we tried lived up to their suggestions.We would stay with these hosts again and again. They set the bar incredibly high.

This home was very clean and comfortable. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The owner provided everything that we would need and extras. It's the little extras that make a difference, coffee, tea, creamer, etc with bathroom necessities. I enjoyed sitting outside on the back deck. Great communication before and during our stay.
