Ližnjan, district Šišan. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm enclosed plot. The landlord lives permanently only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars).

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to end of September, 4 m x 6 m, 1.5 m deep).

Shopping 250 m, restaurant 250 m, town centre 2 km. Train station, airport each 10 km in Pula. In summer: Adriatic Sea 2 km in Ližnjan (beach 2 km in Ližnjan with pebbles, stones, and rocks).
