The Bahia Vista condos are beachfront condos within a 5 minute stroll to the Jetty and 3 minute walk to the Crow's Nest restaurant/bar. View the canal across the street, swim in the heated pool, relax in the quiet environment, rent a kayak or paddleboard, or head to the Jetty or beach every evening for spectacular sunset views over the water as you wish. Sip a drink on the newer common area deck right at the beach! The location of this condo complex is 2nd to none!

Beautiful Place

The saltwater pool was the highlight and the beauty of the grounds. Overall the condo was clean but needs to address some of the details. We enjoyed our stay.

Josh and Larissa were wonderful to work with, and we very much enjoyed the condo and our stay there. Bahia Vista Gulf is our favorite place to stay in Venice Beach.

Hello, and thank you for your interest in our condo. We are a family of 4 originally from Ohio but we fell in love with the Sarasota county area on vacations and decided to make it our home. We wanted a condo that was convenient to the beach and area attractions and found it in our Seaside Cottage at Bahia Vista Gulf. We still hold our central Ohio roots, and my wife still loves her Brazilian heritage and speaks 3 languages. We have 2 kids that love to play in the pool or go to the beach. It is our pleasure to share our little Seaside Cottage with you and we know you will enjoy the area, the same way that we have been.

Why they chose this property

The location of this condo complex is spectacular. The complex sits right on the beach, next to a canal, and very close to the south Jetty. So you can watch the sunrise over the canal in the morning, enjoy the beachside pool and beach during the day, then walk to the Jetty and take in a sunset with all of the people in the evening. If you rather, you can sit privately on the beach in the evening and watch the sunset, or sip your favorite drink on the common area beachside deck. It is a magical environment that anyone can enjoy.

What makes this property unique

The beachside pool and viewing deck are great features that we love about this place. The location is amazing as we walk to the Jetty, Crow's Nest Restaurant, and Marina every time that we stay at the condo. The Bahia Vista Gulf Club has a little resort feel to it.
