Came to Spearfish for a wedding and the Lutum unit was just a couple blocks from the park and pavilion where the events were taking place. Very walkable to all the shops on Main. Comprable price to the Holiday Inn, so stay here (downtown) instead! Would definitely be interested in the other units in this building if we are back in Spearfish!

Perfect overnight stay

The location was awesome! My daughter and I enjoyed staying there together felt very safe. This is a perfect spot when coming to Spearfish for a short stay!

Perfect Stay

This was a fantastic rental! Just blocks from downtown - the weather was nice so we walked to the Steerfish for dinner and then onto downtown! Close to several coffee shops as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Great little apartment that was actually quite spacious. Located right on the edge of downtown Spearfish, so just a short walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping.

Excellent experience. Close to all of the shops and dining downtown. Comfortable bed and spacious. Only note would be the couch is not comfortable at all.

New, Clean & Close

We stayed in the Lutum- a walk-in studio with a comfortable bed, a big TV, and a working kitchenette. A parking pad and a designated spot make the short walk easy and convenient. I found the Google Nest thermostat a challenge the first night. That was my fault. Unless these things come to you naturally, get help.
