This house has a main level and a basement! Fully furnished! It has 3 bedrooms and a full couch upstairs and a sectional in the basement! This home is able to accommodate 11 guests comfortably! It has two full bathrooms the upstairs one with a bathtub and the one in the basement has a shower! There is a full kitchen with all of the amenities that you will need. It has a big backyard with a hot tub and a built in pizza brick oven! There is no garage but there is an attached carport. All bedding and towels are provided as well as shampoo, conditioner and soaps. The basement also has a washer and dryer for all laundry!

Nice place for a reasonable price!

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights while vacationing in Spearfish Canyon area! The house was very clean and reasonably priced! Plenty of room for a large family or group!

The property was great. Exactly as listed. It was perfect for our group. I would go there again. And it's a perfect location for visiting all the SD areas, i.e., National Parks, Deadwood, Sturgis, etc.

Great Stay in Spearfish

We were in town for a youth baseball tournament. This property is located very close to the fields and to Black Hills State University. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Easy access to downtown and restaurants as well. Would definitely stay again. We did not get a chance to soak in the hot tub, but it looked inviting.

Property manager was very attentive to any questions and want out of his way to get the property ready when we found out we would need it 3 extra days prior to our original reservation. Clean, nice layout with many extras in the kitchen. Extra condiments in the fridge if needed.

Cozy home and a nice location

We had a wonderful stay here at the Woodburn home. It is a cute little cozy place that really made us feel at home. This home is very well taken care of, very clean and was accommodating in more than one way! Another plus was that it is located in a nice neighborhood. We are so thankful for the opportunity to have stayed here as long as we did. The over all experience was 10/10. We will forever be grateful for this whole experience.
