Relax with the whole family or just as a couple at this wonderful Pigeon Forge cabin! You can't get any closer to the action of Dollywood or the extraordinary nature of the Great Smoky Mountains. This home is just one mile from the Parkway and has plenty of room. When you're not exploring the local attractions or beauty of Tennessee's mountains and rivers, unwind with a movie, a home-cooked or freshly grilled meal, or a soak in the hot tub! We pride ourselves on this clean and tidy cabin unit!

Wonderful

We had a great experience in PF with our family. Great place to stay even with little ones! Husband enjoyed the hot tub all while watching NFL at the same time! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful Condo!

We loved everything about the condo. It was in a great central location, but yet you felt like it was very private too. The layout was perfect for our family with a private room for me and my husband and the bunk beds for our 4 year old. The hot tub was awesome too! We would definitely like to some back some time and stay longer.

Beautiful Chalet

Great location, perfect for what we needed

Condo was updated and nice. FYI there are 17 steps down to this unit so not a good match if someone has bad knees etc. Also be sure you bring all condiments, foil, Saran, and ziplocks as they aren’t provided. Also no spices. Kitchen has all needed cookware. Overall it was a great stay.

Great stay!

This unit was perfect for us! It was super close to all the main attractions in Pigeon Forge but pushed back far enough you didn't know you were that close! Communication was super great! The people upstairs were sometimes noisy, but that's gonna happen. It was harder to get my two kids to stay quieter. Other than that we were very pleased, everything was clean and worked properly.

Good stay

We had a pretty nice stay. Cabin was clean, cozy, with an accurate description. Host was helpful. Unfortunately we could often hear the two different sets of guests during our stay in the cabin above us. The cabin above also seemed to be having plumbing/hot tub issues, which had multiple moments of draining onto our cabins deck and hot tub without any notice, discussion, or apology from those guests or cabin management. We weren’t able to enjoy the deck as much as we would have liked because of the water drainage and bees around the deck.

Great Location, Easy Access, Nice Facilities

We enjoyed our visit to Pigeon Forge. The Airbnb is centrally located near, grocery, bank and restaurants. The property is rustc, well appointed and comfortable. Full kitchen, laundry, hot tub and comfortable beds. Suggestions, to provide coffee, basic seasonings, and laundry soap. Visitors should be aware of the steps to access the airbnb entry and the high tub entry to access. Difficult for older visitors or those with health conditions. Host was easy to work with, communicated well and was responsive. Thank you for sharing your home.

Gorgeous and well-maintained!

This was probably one of the nicest properties we have stayed in the Gatlinburg / Pigeon Forge area. We were nicely impressed by the cleanliness of the unit. The property owner was very kind and responsive. We returned one evening to find that the air conditioning had stopped working. The property owner was there within 10 minutes and fixed the issue. The location of the property is very convienent to the Parkway, but it is also private enough. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this property.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean, great layout/size for two adults and 2 small kids, and very close to PF attractions. Only thing that could’ve been better was not having someone staying above us as you hear all footsteps, talking, and when water is in use. There was also a smell of sewage, but that could only be smelled walking to and from the car to the unit itself. The property management itself was wonderful. Very quick to respond to any questions at booking and arriving.

Convenient and Affordable

Overall, we were pleased with our stay. Check in and out was easy. We really only used the space for meals and sleeping, so it worked for our family of 5. Our biggest issue was that the kitchen was not equipped with adequate hand towels, wash cloths; and there were zero hot pads to use when cooking. The booking ad indicated there would be basic cooking spices - which we thought might be at least salt and pepper - but that did not turn out to be true. Our upstairs neighbors hot tub overflowed onto our deck, but again, we were only out there briefly so it was only a minor inconvenience. We would recommend for families wanting to be close to PF and Gatlinburg, who want to cut costs on meals too!

Wonderful Time

Me and my family stayed in cabin 462 for 7 nights total. When we first arrived we seen the cabin was very clean and beautiful. Yes there were some stairs to walk down and yes it is a quad plex BUT in my opinion those are moot points. The stay was wonderful. Larry was very quick to respond to my question (within 10min) which is better than most front desks. Our kids enjoyed every opportunity they could in both the indoor and outdoor pools. Some of the things people have complained about on here are just rediculous. We loved our stay so much we have referred these cabins to friends and family and we can't wait to return. Our only suggestion would be maybe a map of the resort in the cabin, we couldn't find the indoor pool at first but eventually we figured it out. Overall we had a wonderful time, very relaxing. We WILL be back again. Thank you Larry for running a very nice and we'll kept resort.

Not what you expect

The place was nice Inside but it is not what you expect when looking at the pictures. This unit is on the lower level so you have all the noise from people above you and you also have all the noise from the people next to you too. I assumed from the pictures it was a duplex not 4 units. Also, it’s listed as 2 bedrooms but only has 1 bedroom. The bunk bed is not separated from the rest of the house at all. None of these things were listed on the property description. The location is convenient to everything but you certainly don’t get that mountain cabin feel like most of the other places offer. The view from this place is of a main busy road. It needs to be listed in the property description that this until is on the bottom floor. The walls are paper thin too because you can hear everything from the unit on the other side.

Excellent location and perfect for our family of 4!!!

We had a FANTASTIC stay this week !! Check in was easy and felt instantly welcomed upon arrival from the coziness of the condo ! Since it was mentioned in other reviews I knew the entrance was down a flight of stairs but it was a non issue for our family! The pictures accurately represented the condo and is nicely decorated! The only thing I did not expect was the view of a main road and a school across the street BUT I would have still rented this condo I just didn’t know ! The hot tube was perfect and loved having the fire place during the cold snap this week !! I LOVED the amount of towels provided for the week ! I’ve never really stayed anywhere that I didn’t have to wash a load mid week and that was nice! Also provided was dish soap, dishwasher powder, laundry powder and plenty of bath toiletries! Which have also been rare other places ! My kids loved the bunk beds and we enjoyed the king size bed ! The kitchen was also stocked with everything we needed ! The location is literally right off the strip which we loved being so close to everything so it was perfect for our family! Would definitely recommend for a smaller family and would stay here again !! 😄

Good Accommodations for Family

Our condo was clean and in tidy condition upon arrival. The bathroom was much bigger than expected with the jetted tub being a wonderful feature. Our kids loved swimming in both pools (this unit was not far from the outdoor pool - great for little feet!). The king bed was comfortable. Loved having a washer/dryer off the kitchen. Bunk beds are full size (not standard single) so that was a plus! I was grateful that paper towels, soaps, tp, dishwasher detergent was provided so we had what we needed for the few days we stayed there. We took advantage of the jacuzzi :) and overall enjoyed our stay. Some drawbacks - the picture was slightly misleading. I didn't know our condo was located below the one in the picture (the stairway off to the right side is how you get to this unit). The guests above us arrived after quiet hours and were very loud at night and their jacuzzi water leaked a lot to our deck below. Also, the neighbors to the side of us could be heard through the metal door on the shared wall. I prefer more privacy and quiet and would have selected an upper unit if I had known. The traffic on the busy street can be heard easily especially the bikers that love to make their presence known at all hours of the day/night. Upon leaving, I checked under beds for any belongings of ours and found a ton of dust and dirt under the king bed. My frustration with this is I have a severe dust allergy and spent our vacation with a runny nose and watery eyes thinking I had a cold when in fact I was having an allergic reaction. I appreciated the communication from the property manager and the owners with all the instructions for arrival and departure. They made themselves available through text or phone call. If I would have needed them for an emergency, it would have been easy to get ahold of them. Their communication was one of the best parts of staying here. Thank you guys!

Great Family Trip

My family had a great vacation. The property was as listed. Very clean on arrival. We have 3 kids ages 10,12 and 14 and had enough space to fit comfortably. The location was very close to the Pigeon Forge attractions and a short drive to Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountains National Park. Also, close to Walmart and several grocery stores. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen as well as grilling on the deck. The hot tub was great too! Hosts were very responsive to questions/concerns as well. Overall great stay!

We chose this neighborhood because it's right in the heart of Pigeon Forge, but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxed. It's in a super convenient spot — you're just minutes from all the action on the Parkway, like Dollywood, The Island, and tons of restaurants and shops, but you still get those quiet mountain vibes when you come back to the unit.

What we enjoy most is how easy it is to enjoy both nature and fun. You can wake up and enjoy your coffee on the balcony with the mountain breeze, and then be at a dinner show or riding a coaster in no time. Plus, the resort itself is well-kept and walkable, with great views and a cozy, friendly atmosphere. It’s the best of both worlds!
