Comfy, cozy and spacious one bedroom in Sherman Oaks. This home is perfect for 1 or 2 guests. It has a lovely open floor plan in the Living Room and Kitchen area. Wood and tile floors through out. A nice private outdoor patio to relax in and enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine at the end of the day. Close to universal Studios, Hollywood, restaurants and a large shopping mall.
