Great spot close to the beach. The golf cart is a great perk, the community offers access to their private beachfront parking lot for cars and golf carts. House well equipped with great internet as my wife was working some from here. Very nice screen porch to sit on in the early evening. Great communication with quick responses to questions to Brian. Looking forward to coming back next year!

We stayed at Brian's rental from October 10th to October 17th. Everything was clean. We enjoyed the golf cart very much. Everything was close by to the rental, so you can park your vehicle and drive the golf cart to the free parking area that they have on the beach. All you need is to carry the key card with you so you can get in and out of the gate. Plus, the Conch Cafe had great food and is adjacent to the free parking area. This property is within a gated community, which we didn't find out to later on. Everyone was very friendly. We will definitely stay again! Brian was always prompt with his replies when we had questions. Great host. Bryan and Angel10-10 thru 10-17We give this property a 10 out of 10 rating. Excellent place to stay!

We can’t thank Brian enough for allowing us to stay at his property. The house was big enough for me and my husband, my parents and almost 2 year old daughter and our dog. House is very conveniently located and a golf cart being included was very much appreciated as it was our main source of transportation during our stay. The indoor pool was unfortunately closed during our stay so the outdoor pool was a little more crowded than I’d like but not the hosts fault. Overall would stay again!

Cindy thank you for your wonderful review and I wanted to thank you for going above and beyond cleaning before checking out. I apologize for giving 4/5 by mistake for cleanliness. I would have given a 6 out of 5 if I could
