About this property

Brand new 4 bedroom and 4 bath vacation home with a private pool, available NOW! Located only a block from the shops and restaurants of Center Street, Lemon Twist will soon be a popular Folly Beach destination. Be one of the first to enjoy this wonderful new beach house!

On the first floor, you will find the open living and dining area, in addition to the gourmet kitchen. There is also a king bedroom with a full bath in the hall.
On the second floor, you will find two more king bedrooms with ensuite baths, and a bunk room with two sets of bunks that each have a twin over a full bed with an ensuite bath.
Sit on the back deck and watch the kids play in your private pool or take a shot stroll to the beach.
If you would like the pool to be heated, please let us know.

Lemon Twist is one half of a duplex. Orange Crush is the other 4 bedroom/4 bath and it also has a private pool. Rent them both for an 8 bedroom/ 8 bath vacation home.

Fantastic

Absolutely loved the location, it was so close to the beach with yummy restaurants all around. Downtown was a short drive. The private pool was great especially with a baby. The house was adorable and anytime I had a question the property manager answered it swiftly. Highly recommend this vrbo and would stay again.

Fun getaway

Good location within walking distance of beach and Uber ride into Charleston. We would definitely go through Dunes properties in future.

Perfect spot

We loved our stay! The house was even better than expected. The beach is a short walk away with shops nearby, and it was so nice to have the pool as well. The beds were very comfortable, the house was super clean and organized- we all had a great time. The one piece of advice I’ll leave is that you need to bring your own beach towels! We assumed the house would have them and it didn’t so we ended up needing to buy beach towels. Other than that loved the house and would book again!
