Part of a semi-detached house in a private residential area with vacation homes in panoramic position overlooking the sea, in Badolato (province of Catanzaro) on the Ionian coast of Calabria. The accommodation is furnished in a modern style, with living room-kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small private garden with table and chairs and a covered terrace with barbecue for outdoor meals or relaxing while looking at the sea. On the second floor there is one of the bedrooms with a small panoramic terrace. Tennis court for communal use. The sandy beach is about 1000 meters away. Situated between the beautiful Ionian Sea and the beautiful hills, this is the ideal place for those who seek relaxation without giving up the sea and fun. The position allows you to reach in a few minutes all services and the famous resort of Soverato, reachable in about 20 minutes by car. The airport of Lamezia Terme is 74 km from here.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person or bring their own. Schönes Haus in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Ferienhaus ist in einer gepflegten Anlage mit einem tollen und sehr sauberen Gemeinschaftspool. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit zu Fuß-allerdings muss man am Meer aufpassen, es liegen viele Steine vorne am Wasser und es wird direkt tief. Wir haben uns Wasserschuhe gekauft, so ging es. Es ist sehr ruhig dort, allerdings hört man von einem Hotel in der Nähe die Animation ab nachmittags, abends dann Musik-hat uns nicht gestört eher im Gegenteil 😊 Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit, die wir sehr genossen haben!
