Vacanza da ricordare

Insieme famiglia cercavamo una vacanza rilassante e una spiaggia pulita con un mare cristallino. Abbiamo trovato tutto questo insieme alla precisione e disponibilità del proprietario dell'appartamento (Sig. Giannini). L'appartamento si trova in una proprietà con accesso tramite cancello elettrico. All'interno c'è spazio per parcheggiare anche sotto una "pensilina", l'appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata. La proprietà è praticamente nuova con infissi di alluminio. In Santa Caterina ci sono tutti i negozi che servono ma è comunque vicina a Centri Commerciali. La mia recensione è sicuramente positiva da raccomadare ad amici.

Un'oasi di pace!!

Ho soggiornato presso questo appartamento nella settimana successiva a ferragosto, con mio marito e il mio bimbo piccolo. Premetto da subito che ho trovato i signori Giannini (padre e figlio) incredibilmente gentili e disponibili e mi hanno fornito nei minimi dettagli, tutte le indicazioni per muovermi al meglio all'interno del paese. L'appartamento è perfetto! Nuovissimo, rifinito e in ottime condizioni. Non manca assolutamente nulla. La cucina è attrezzata con pentolame e stoviglie, luminosa e comoda, gradevole il balconcino con vista sul mare da una parte e sulla campagna interna dall'altra. Ho approfittato più volte per farci colazione la mattina, godendo di una meravigliosa calma e silenzio. Le stanze da letto sono comode e luminose, come il bagno dotato di una nuovissima lavatrice. La biancheria è inclusa.Dalla camera da letto si accede ad un'altro balconcino con comode poltrone per godersi il venticello che spesso tira, a rinfrescare la calura estiva. Non ho mai sofferto il caldo, grazie anche all'impianto di aria condizionata installato nell'appartamento. Insomma non si può desiderare di meglio!! Il paese ha tutto, e tutto raggiungibile anche a piedi (spiaggia libera a 200 mt; a 100 mt un meraviglioso ristorante che stra-consiglio) e il lido mare attrezzato dista a 3 minuti di macchina. E' stato davvero duro salire in macchina a fine vacanza e abbandonare questa meravigliosa Oasi di Pace.. All'anno prossimo!!!

È stato un immenso piacere ospitare Ilenia e la sua famiglia. Tutto si è svolto con una precisione e correttezza fuori dal comune: pagamento puntualissimo della caparra e del saldo finale e comportamento da Signori (con la “S” maiuscola) durante la loro piacevole permanenza. Inoltre, pur essendoci un servizio di pulizie incluso hanno lasciato l’appartamento in condizioni eccezionali e molto pulito al punto tale da aver lavato anche la biancheria inclusa nell’appartamento. Ci auguriamo fortemente di riceverli nuovamente e siamo pronti a raccomandarli senza esitazione alcuna a qualunque proprietario interessato ad ospitarli. A presto! Pasquale
