Domus Otiorum - Olive

At Domus Otiorum we offer two types of accommodation: an apartment of 80 square meters, on two floors, consisting of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, panoramic terrace, kitchen and living room. Otherwise, you can choose between two other houses on one floor, of 45 square meters each, with a terrace overlooking the sea, bedroom and living room with kitchen. All apartments offer a beautiful view of the sea and the Gulf of Squillace. Located 100 meters from the town, the Domus Otiorum is located in the quiet countryside. The beach and some typical restaurants are accessible on foot.
(We rent EXCLUSIVELY from Saturday to Saturday).

Ein Ort zum Bleiben

Es gibt Erfahrungen, da passt alles. Es gibt Orte, die strömen Harmonie aus. Und es gibt Giuseppe, den aufmerksamsten, zuvorkommendsten Gastgeber, den man sich wünschen kann. Alles hier im Domus. Das Haus, der Garten, das Meer, das beeindruckende Landesinnere, es passt alles perfekt. Zeit, die man hier verbringt, ist unvergessliche Zeit. Für jene, die Infos bevorzugen: Haus blitzsauber, Küche prima ausgestattet, Betten ausgezeichnet, Garten gepflegt, unser Hund herzlich aufgenommen. Strand in Sichtweite, Meer kristallklar, Hund am Strand problemlos. Giuseppe spricht perfekt englisch und ist neben seiner Herzlichkeit mit seinem Wissen über die Magna Grecia eine Bereicherung. Danke Giuseppe für die tolle Zeit!

La casa è confortevole con tutto il necessario, il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. Un luogo di pace e tranquillitá a due passi dal mare con spiagge poco affollate.

Tutto perfetto!

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento Oleandro per 2 settimane la scorsa estate. Ci siamo sentiti subito come a casa, il proprietario Giuseppe è una persona adorabile, sempre disponibile e gentile. L'appartamento è attrezzato con tutto ciò che necessita per non parlare della terrazza che ha una bellissima vista mare. Ci siamo rilassati nel massimo del confort. Un grazie di cuore a Giuseppe e ai figli Marco e Oscar! Speriamo di rivedervi presto! Annamaria, Luca e la piccola "belva" Elliot.

Fantasticas vistas - tranquilidad absoluta

El apartamento se corresponde perfectamente con lo publicitado y está equipado con lo necesario para unas vacaciones. Las calidades de la vivienda son excelentes y la decoración moderna con cuadros magníficos. Lo mejor es la gran terraza que tiene frente al mar. Los amaneceres son gloriosos y sorprendentemente cada día distintos gracias al tipo de nubes que se puedan acumular en el horizonte. La casa está cerca de un pueblo donde se puede hacer la compra y justo debajo de la colina hay un restaurante/pizzería donde –como celiaca- me atendieron estupendamente. Giuseppe es encantador está cerca si se le necesita.

Schönes Haus, freundlicher Vermieter

Sehr schönes Haus, zweckmäßig eingerichtet, wundervolle Aussicht! Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, es gibt frische Kräuter und frisches Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten. Restaurants und Supermärkte im Ort, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt.

"We enjoyed the first two...

"We enjoyed the first two weeks of September in Calabria. The accommodation corresponded to the description of the owner, a new building on the foothills of the Serre-mountains with fantastic views over the Ionian Sea. Equipped with modern, functional furniture and a suitable selection of paintings in each room. The Beaches and sea in the vicinity are clean and can be reached by car in a few minutes as well as several shops and everything required for daily life. The flat is as a very good starting point to discover Calabria with its numerous sights and attractions. Beautiful hiking trails and water sporting activities as well as many other leisure possibilities are being offered. The Owner lives in the proximity and knows the place. He''s a cordial, helpful and polyglot person. To sum it up, it was an exciting sightseeing- and beach holiday in the late summer without crowded beaches."
