This was our second time to stay at Delmar cottage, and we loved it. The pool was great, walking distance to Thomas's donuts and the Carousel. Will stay again.

Another Great Trip In The Books

Brennan always delivers a great experience. The house is cozy but offers everything you need for a great vacation. The pool is great and you cannot beat the location to the beach, Carousel Market, and the famous Thomas' Donuts. The weather was perfect and we can't wait to return for another trip.

Great location

Great location with easy access to the beach and very nice pool area. Especially loved the outdoor shower. Host responded to a couple issues we had quickly including getting a new beach cart sent to the house because the one at the house was broken. One note for those with young kids—we didn’t feel comfortable bathing our toddler in the bath tub (didn’t quite meet our cleanliness standards because of the jets it has) so that may also be an issue for you.

Hey Carrie! As a parent of 2 children, I understand importance of cleanliness. We have our cleaning crew thoroughly clean the bath tub jets after each turn. If you noticed that they were not up to your standards during your stay, I wish you would have notified us as you did with the beach cart so we could have our cleaner come out immediately to thoroughly clean to your standards. We strive for 5 star reviews and look forward to hosting you again in the future to exceed your expectations.

Great location!

Will definitely stay here again. Great location, loved the pool. Communication was great. The only complaint would be that it could be cleaner…it was dusty and the floors weren’t cleaned completely. Looked like the high spots were done not detail. Don’t get me wrong though, we had a great time and are already looking at dates in the future, just saying the cleaners should do better.

Cameron thanks for the review and feedback. We take the cleanliness of our home very seriously. We have made immediate changes to our cleaning team to help ensure this doesn't happen again. We would have happily have sent a cleaner over there immediately to reclean if we were notified after checkin. We are happy you enjoyed everything else including the pool and location to the beach. We look forward to doing better and hosting you in the future!

Home away from home

I was looking for a place to relax and regroup for a few weeks after my mom passed away. This house was the perfect retreat. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, within walking distance to the beach and Carousel Grocery. The place was clean, extremely well stocked in every category. It was cozy and I instantly felt relaxed.. The pool and backyard is perfect. Brennan the host was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Great communication and just a super nice person! Thank you so much. I will definitely be back!
