You’ve found it! Your dream vacation home! Two Fins Up’s spacious rooms and modern coastal décor will instantly transport you right into relaxation. This 3-bedroom 2-bath beach house sleeps 8 people & boasts luxury finishes/appliances throughout. Open concept living and dining areas ensure that you and your guests will have plenty of room to rest, relax, and play! Should guests be concerned about accessibility, you’ll be pleased to know that there are no stairs in the house and the master bathroom features a walk-in shower. Perfect for those with limited range of motion.
The back yard features a private pool, gas grill, and covered seating. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood or spend the day shopping, dining, and the white sand beaches easily accessed by bike or golf cart. Outside there are 5 driveway parking spaces, boat parking for guests who are looking to bring their vessel, and garage spaces for multiple bikes as well. The home is a short walk from beach access and a public boat ramp (lagoon & gulf access). To make your stay more convenient, a street legal golf cart is included for guest use.

1. There is a strict 8-person capacity. Anyone exceeding this limit will be subject to immediate eviction without refund.
2. We allow up to 2 dogs, of non-aggressive breeds & under 60 lbs each, upon approval and payment of $115 pet fee.
3. Please treat the property with care and respect. No parties or events are permitted. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm.
4. Please communicate any property damage or maintenance needs to the property managers immediately. For fire or medical emergencies, first call 911 before notifying management.
5. See the house manual inside property for golf cart and other house rules.
6. Stays over Two (2) weeks must be approved before booking.
7. Please ensure the grill is clean when you check out.
8. The booking guest MUST be at least 21 years of age and present throughout the entire stay!
We ask that guests park vehicles in driveway spaces only. The two-car garage houses the golf cart and features extra space to store bikes, motorcycles, and other fun toys. There is space behind the house for a boat or trailer as well. The boat ramp is less than a block away, on the lagoon, that provides gulf access to guests who choose to bring their vessels.
There are security cameras located in the front and back yards of the residence and inside the garage. There are no cameras in the living areas of the residence. There is also an alert on the back doors leading to the pool area as required.
Bath towels are provided; please bring your own beach towels.
(The neighborhood is considered the Biltmore Beach area in South Lagoon.)
