Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Bedding & Towels: leave the laundry to us! Beds will stay as-is and towels can be placed in the tubs or showers.
Trash: please be sure to remove all trash from the home. Trash service comes every Thursday, please be sure you put the can out on Wednesday nights to ensure that other guests are not affected.
Before you go: please load all your dishes and start the wash, set the thermostat to 78 degrees, turn off all lights, and please lock the door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property

Some of our favorite places in PCB are St Andrew’s Park, and Schooners. Being just a 5 minute walk from Schooners, and the beach has always been a dream for us! We love our quiet neighborhood just a short 5 walk from PCB’s emerald sea!

Our property offers room for all, including a separate studio apartment that sleeps 4. Including a kitchenette, and its own laundry. Providing 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 laundry rooms, and a private pool offers guests the perfect space for larger groups.
