EMERALD GULF! This stunning new construction, 5 bedroom vacation home is breathtaking! This spacious home has everything you could possibly dream of for your perfect vacation! With a first-floor open concept living space, staying in after a long day at the beach is just perfect! With a large living area downstairs, massive tv and a true chef's kitchen, it's just perfect for a large family or two! The luxurious king size master bedroom and en suite on the first floor offers a peaceful sanctuary with a spa-like master bath & walk in shower with a view of the back yard oasis featuring a heated pool and tables & chairs galore. The second-floor landing has a perfect second living space with a large tv and wet bar. There are three bedrooms, two and a half baths on the second floor. A second master with an en suite, king bed; a queen bedroom and a full bunk room with two FULL BUNKS! These two bedrooms share a jack & jill bathroom. The third floor has one queen bed and three twin size beds and one bathroom, just perfect for kids! The sofa on the first and second floor are sofa sleepers. The view from the second floor balcony, complete with tables and chairs, looks out over the GULF across the street. There's plenty of parking for 6+ vehicles. Fully fenced back yard and gate around the pool. Pool can be heated for an additional fee. *Must request heating 24 hours prior to arrival. House is pet friendly for an additional fee. This is the absolute BEST vacation SPOT ever! **ATTN: All cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will not be refunded. We highly recommend CSA Travel Insurance.
