APARTMENT Nispero
This comfortable apartment is located in a small holiday complex, a well-kept, modern house with a total of 16 residential units, near the beautiful bay of Cala San Vincente, near Pollenca, in the northwest of the island.
The former fishing village of Cala San Vincente offers visitors cafes, restaurants, small supermarkets, pharmacy and health center. Two bathing bays with fine sand and crystal clear water are only 400 m away.
The large swimming pool with children's pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace and many sun loungers and umbrellas.
Each apartment has a balcony or terrace, with a view of the green surroundings with a spectacular rocky backdrop or the swimming pool
The rocky foothills of the Tramuntana mountains fall to the right and left of the bathing bays into the sea and, depending on the position of the sun, immerse the surroundings in a new light.

Sehr schöner Pool. Gut gepflegte Anlage. Nur 5 Minuten vom schönen Strand entfernt. Küchenausstattung könnte ein bisschen besser sein. ( Korkenzieher fehle). Insgesamt empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung.

Einfache und zweckmäßige Ferienwohnung mit tollem Pool! Das Dorf und Bucht sind sehr schön, kurze Wege mit kleinen Kindern, auch zu Ausflugszielen in der Umgebung praktisch gelegen. Wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit!

Simples schönes Apartment

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Apartment vom Pinos Altos Komplex sehr genossen! Der Pool mit dem Blick ins Grüne ist traumhaft. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass man Utensilien wie Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffee etc. selbst mitbringen muss. Die Matratzen waren leider recht durchgelegen, nichtsdestotrotz haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit Frau Hundrich war einwandfrei.

Séjour à cala sant Vincente

Un séjour magnifique par commencer par le petit village de cala sant vincente idéalement situé et ses 4 petites plages magnifiques. L appartement est situé à 700m de la plage ce qui était parfait. Il y avait une belle piscine comme sur les photos de l annonce. Après il faut une voiture c est obligatoire car le supermarché pour faire les courses est a 7 min en voiture et pour aller voir les autres superbes plages de l île c est nécessaire. Ou que l on soit sur Majorque l île se traverse en 1h15 donc n hésitez pas ça fait de bonne balade car on dépasse rarement les 80km/h. Pour finir nous avons passé de superbes vacances avec nos 2 enfants de 6 et 8 ans

I took the liberty and translated from french into english. best regards, Ursula "A magnificent stay, starting with the small village of cala sant vincente ideally located and its 4 small magnificent beaches. The apartment is located 700m from the beach which was perfect. There was a beautiful swimming pool as in the photos of the ad. Finally, you need a car, it is mandatory because the supermarket for shopping is 7 minutes away by car and to go and see the other superb beaches on the island, it is necessary. Wherever you are on Majorca, the island can be crossed in 1h15 so don't hesitate, it's a good ride because you rarely exceed 80km/h. Finally we had a great holiday with our 2 children aged 6 and 8."

L'appartement offre le nécessaire avec des petites touches d'accueil très appréciable comme du papier toilette, le linge de maison, des ventilateurs. Petit point manquant, c'est la climatisation, surtout la nuit ! Le cadre environnant est merveilleux. Petit village très calme au milieu d'une crique offrant un panorama de fou, avec une eau transparente, pour nous petits et grands étaient comblés. Les cars publiques permettent de se déplacer aux alentours.

Schönes Apartment

... in einer schönen Apartmentanlage mit Pool, Beschreibung und Bilder passen. Wir waren im April da; es gab immer problemlos Parkplätze direkt vorm Eingang der Anlage. WIFI war nicht nur in der Lobby verfügbar, sondern sogar auch im Apartment. Die Kommunikation mit Fr. Hundrich klappt super, die Ankunft und das Auschecken gestalteten sich problemlos, den Check-Out konnten wir sogar nach hinten verschieben. Wenn es manchmal einen unangenehmen Geruch aus dem Abfluss der Dusche gab, konnte man dem durch Eingießen von etwas Wasser in den Abfluss abhelfen. Den Betrieb der neben dem Appartment gelegenen Waschmaschine hörte man tagsüber - aber in Regel waren wir tagsüber unterwegs und so war das keine nennenswerte Beeinträchtigung. Wir kommen gerne wieder in das Apartment.
