Our Villa Artemis was built on a plot of around 4,500 square meters and blends harmoniously into the natural property, which is covered with ancient oaks, carob trees and olive trees.
Here at Kretafan you will find pure peace and absolute privacy! Only the bells of the sheep and goats ring.
It is a cozy luxury villa in which you and the whole family will feel at home.
Let yourself be inspired by the olive trees, which are up to 1000 years old, and relax in their shade.
Here you can relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets in the evening.
Enjoy your morning exercise on the large terrace. The villa is equipped with a yoga mat.
Villa Artemis impresses with its unique architecture and high ceilings, some of which are open plan.
Here you will find modern comfort paired with Mediterranean coziness.
Everything with attention to detail! Our Villa Artemis has 3 bedrooms. Two with double beds, one with two single beds plus a gallery where there is another sleeping option. The double bed in the upper bedroom has no footboard so that even tall people feel comfortable. The beds have back-friendly mattresses. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a television.
All beds were made especially for this villa by a blacksmith. The double beds are 1.80 m x 2.00 m. The single beds are 90 x 200 m.
The two bedrooms with double beds have an en-suite bathroom with XXL shower, double washbasin, illuminated makeup mirror, hairdryer and toilet.
The third bathroom has a jacuzzi, also a double washbasin and a toilet. It is right next to the 3rd bedroom with the single beds.

Spaciousness in all areas: The open kitchen with living room is over 65 square meters and comfortably furnished.
There is a fireplace in the living room. The XXL sofa is comfortable and cozy. You will also find a large TV with satellite reception, a stereo system, Bluetooth speakers from JBL; DVD Blu-Ray player, a library and a DVD collection. There is also a desk here.

Of course, the living area is also equipped with AC.

Everything invites you to relax: On the spacious, shaded terraces you can make yourself comfortable in the comfortable, high-quality furniture, or relax in the comfortable rattan furniture. Relax under carob trees in the large lounge island. The terraces are very spacious and divided into different areas.

The pool of approx. 50 square meters provides pleasant cooling. In the cooler seasons the pool can be heated. The pool heating is not included in the price! Price on request.

The secluded outdoor shower with hot and cold water offers additional comfort.

There are also loungers and a lounge area on the large roof terrace.

You can show off your cooking skills on the gas grill.

There is a playground with a swing and sandpit for the little ones. We are happy to provide you with a baby bed and high chair.

As a welcome gift, we provide you with a fruit basket, a bottle of wine, juice, a liter of organic Cretan olive oil and a bottle of water.

Villa Artemis is also ideal for stays in the colder season. The post-season prices from November 7th to December 7th do not include electricity costs. Electricity is billed separately.

The pool is not in use from December to the end of March. The pool can be booked for an additional charge.

From December 7th to the end of March, the minimum length of stay is 28 nights. The final cleaning is included in the price. Intermediate cleaning during this time can be organized for an additional charge.
