Great property. Close proximity to the lake and other area attractions. This is our second trip to deep lake and we appreciated being really close to honi honi and the state park. House was very clean and had plenty of space.

Fantastic property and couldn’t have asked for a better location for our quick family getaway/celebration! Plenty of space and privacy for everyone, and super convenient to local hot spots. Great communication with the host, and would definitely plan another stay!

Stayed in August for 3 nights - very spacious, nice balcony with view of the lake, appealing rustic decor, and very centrally located. Kids enjoyed the NBA Jam station. The host was very responsive and communicative. A couple things to note - the house is on a busy street (not tranquil) with no walking paths or access to the lake. And the host might want to make sure cleaners do a more thorough job -- the primary bed on the main floor had Chex crumbs in the sheets. All in all, a wonderful stay and would definitely consider returning.

In deep creek the only access to the lake is the state park or rent much more expensive lake front property. We do have a great view of the lake that I would consider tranquil and peaceful. Sheets are laundered after every guest.

Beautiful Cabin with lake view

That Special Place, was the perfect cabin to bring family together to celebrate Thanksgiving. The house was clean, organized and close to a wonderful state park. We would definitely stay there again!

The house was beautiful and exactly what we needed for a group of girls. We loved that there were 4 bathrooms, and enough room for all of us. Chris was quick to respond to everything we needed, and any problems that we had. Would definitely recommend everyone to stay here.

The house was immaculate. It was updated and cozy. Wonderful view of the lake and 5 minutes from skiing. We plan on doing this again at the same house.

The decor was very nice. You really get that cabin feel. It had everything we needed for the stay. My kids enjoyed it. They want to come back for a full week in the summer We really love this area. We don't mind making this our regular vacation place in Oakland.

Really is that Special Place

My friends and I️ had such an amazing time at that special place. The host made the check in and out process extremely easy. The house is absolutely gorgeous and much bigger than the pictures make it seem. Plenty of space for 14 people.

The entire house is very spacious. The listing says it sleeps 16. 6 of us went. The location, hot tub, cleanliness, and firepit were fantastic. If you plan to cook in, there are plenty of plates and cups. There is one giant pot, but nothing smaller, and the frying pans are not very nice. There is a Keurig and a regular coffee pot and a nice blender. There are only 6 forks. Fortunately there were 6 of us, so we would use and clean and use again. There was only one blanket (not counting the comforters on the beds). We brought games and playing cards (there were none on-site).

The home was a perfect size for us. Plenty of room. We all enjoyed our stay and hope to return during the Fall. The owner is exceptional and always responded to our questions. His suggestions for restaurants were excellent! Thank you for having us!

Perfect House!

We stayed in the house for 3 nights. Host was very responsive. House was perfect for my family - clean and every room has its own bathroom. Location is good, 4 min. drive to the beach. We are thinking of going back in the winter.
