The interior was very comfortable and really beautiful with lots of real wood. The neighborhood was very quiet and secluded and had a lot of beautiful homes as well. It was a nice area for a walk. It's a good location to do a lot of different things.
This home was absolutely perfect for our family! The pictures on VRBO don’t do it justice. It was very clean. Super cute and cozy. The hot tub was a great way to end the day. We loved hanging out on the large deck overlooking the trees. I have zero complaints.
Everything was very clean and amenities were as listed. The location and house was quiet and easy to get to. There was plenty of space for our family of six to spread out and also to gather together. Highly recommend.
Excellent place to stay in all regards to explore the scenic area full of things to do. We stayed at the property for 6 nights and have only positive things to say ab out our experience. The chalet is situated in a quiet area with low-lighting which is perfect for stargazing. The hot tub was in great condition and worked perfectly. The fire pit was situated closely, but safely, to the home and we used it most nights. The inside of the chalet was stunning, almost all wood, that gave a perfect balance between rustic yet refined. The location is also perfect as it was a 15-to-20-minute drive in any direction to visit something new, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Leland, Glen Arbor, Sutton's Bay, many wineries, cidery, brewery, but most importantly, so many beautiful hiking trails. I never knew how beautiful this area was and intend to come back sometime soon and this chalet was one of the reasons that our trip will be so memorable. Highly recommend!
The space was large for our group of eight. I was really disappointed in the pillows and linens on the beds very old. My pillow was flat and very yellow and ugly. They need new linens including big fluffy towels. was fun to have a hot tub, but there was so much chlorine it burned our eyes. the property itself was pretty great, but the property needed some area for kids to play. it was overgrown with tall weeds. A little money invested in new linens and property care would make this place much more appealing.

Cabin is gorgeous and hot tub is the cherry on top! Our family had a great time! Lots of fun things to do, from the sleeping bear dunes, tubing, horseback riding, scenic drive for an astonishing sunset to grilling at the cabin and chilling in the hot tub after a fun day!
Highly recommend!

We're so happy to hear your family had a fantastic time at our cabin! We appreciate you taking the time to share your positive experience. We hope to welcome you back again soon!
Great location for enjoying several activities in the surrounding area. The house was well equipped for our 5 adults and pup. The internet, TV, fire pit, and deck were all great amenities to have.
This is a cute little spot perfect for a family or a few couples. We stayed here during February and did some wine tasting with friends. Plenty of room for everyone, the hot tub was a nice bonus, location is close to lots to do, good communication with hosts to trouble shoot a tv error. Would highly recommend!

The property was in a nice location for us to explore the quaint towns and Sleeping Bear Dunes. The central living area was very comfortable. The inside stairs, tho clever, are not for the faint of heart.
Had our adult kids in town for summer vacation. The location was close to everything we wanted to do (Sleeping Bear, Glen Arbor, Leland, bike trails and beaches. Loved the big deck and hot tub. Used the grill and fire pit a lot!
Me and my family enjoyed spending Christmas there. The house is really nice, very cozy, clean and comfortable. It even had a small Christmas tree next to the fireplace. Thank you!
We’d love to come back in the summer.

Dear Sir, you and your family are always welcome. Thank you for staying at the Chalet and we are glad you enjoyed the stay.
This was a lovely house outside of Cedar. Not far from places of interest like Glen Arbor, Traverse City, or Sutton's Bay. If you have trouble with stairs, I would not recommend this place just because the main floor is the second floor. First floor is just 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, upstairs is the living room, kitchen and another bedroom. Then the third floor is the loft with twin beds. The downstairs shower is very tiny, and smelled like rust, but that may just be well water I am guessing. But everything else was great and clean, and had everything we needed. Owner is just a phone call away. We did not use the hot tub or fire pit.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Good location near Leland, Sleeping Bear, and the Leelanau Peninsula wineries. Everything was clean in the bedrooms and kitchen, which was well equipped. Thanks Nick for helping us out with the lock!

What a cute house - outside looks like it could have been from a fairy tale! It was perfect for a weekend away as a couple. King bed and couch were comfortable for relaxing. The bathroom was very clean. The hot tub was amazing! Close to Sleeping Bear Dunes and Traverse City. Two of the bedrooms were downstairs right next to the entry door, so probably not suitable for younger kids as the main bedroom is upstairs.
Wonderful vacation! The chalet was great, just as advertised. So close to so many things to do in this beautiful part of Michigan. We enjoyed the hot tub after a day out hiking or golfing. So close to a great beach and vineyards for wine tasting. Had a couple of questions during the week and the response was quick and helpful.
