King bed and two Queen beds. Walk to the Gulf in 5 minutes. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Pier Park just up the street. Frank Brown Park entrance 1 light away for all the concerts. Local seafood restaurants close. Enjoy the private beach. Coconuts restaurant on site. GATED Community. *KID FRIENDLY AMENITIES. Back yard fenced in with BBQ Park grill. New Attractions - Dolly Parton's Pirate Voyage and McGuires Irish Pub. The resort is currently under an infrastructure project. There is some road construction during the day.
