Weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Hamilton Harbor. It is a very quiet and beautiful area. The location was very convenient to everything. The owners were wonderful and made sure our stay was exceptional. We highly recommend visiting and will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable Stay on Lake Hamilton

We loved it! The condo is beautifully fully updated with very good quality furnishings and pleasing decor - both beautiful and comfortable. The outdoor balcony with partial lake view has a very nice sectional sofa, coffee table and bistro table with chairs. The kitchen was nicely appointed with all new appliances and cabinets, and everything we needed in the way of dishes, silverware, utensils, towels, etc. It was perfect for us and our 2 dogs! My husband was bragging to everyone how nice our VRBO condo was! And I completely agreed. I highly recommend this condo.

Clean, well renovated, convenient to lake and bath house row

It is important to know that we are very picky and difficult to Simple’s. This stay was enjoyable and the condo had a great role to play in that enjoyment. The newly renovated condo was well done and clean. The furnishings were new and appropriated. It was only four stair-steps to the floor level. Easy access and the reserved parking spot is only 25 feel from the front door of the unit. Though the entry code to the front gate was not in the check-in instructions, after messaging the owner, it only took minutes to get a reply with the code. The wifi code was outdated in the instructions also. But once again, with a message to the owner, the correct code was obtained in minutes. Things don’t always go smoothly on vacation, but a responsive owner is key to making the stay enjoyable. We will consider staying here again when we return to Hot Springs.

Comfortable and clean!

This place was perfect for our family of five and our corgi. Very accessible front door, deck with a view, comfortable amenities. Easy access to historical district. The pool is clean and convenient. Lake swimming is about a 20 minute drive away.

Good for families!

This condo is very clean and well kept. It has spacious rooms and plenty of room for storing all the things. The kitchen is quite tight, so don’t plan on making anything too elaborate in there. There are some basic utensils, and enough plates/cutlery for a family of 4. However, the dining room has one high-top table and just 2 chairs. There’s a tiny kitchen bar, but no stools. So, sitting for eating purposes is limited. For some reason, we ended up needing a blender, but there wasn’t one available. So, we bought a cheap one from Walmart and just left it there for other guests to enjoy! The condo is centrally located and close to the town center. The pool is just a short walk away. The pool area needed a bit of maintenance. For example, most of the chairs/loungers lacked cushions. So, they were scorching hot and quite uncomfortable. You can walk down to a pier for fishing or watching the sunset. It was quite nice!

Great condo

Condo is very nice. Completely updated and immaculately clean. Kitchen has everything you need. Couple of notes for other guests It’s not a complete lake view as there are buildings in front of you It’s a pretty steep walk down and back to the lake which could be a problem for some folks.

Beautiful, clean condo on the Lake

This property was very clean and had beautiful furniture. We only had a few issues that weren’t a big deal, the first one was that the lock to the sliding door /balcony was low enough that my 2 year old could unlock it. She’s a mischievous little thing, so I doubt most 2 year olds could do it. But it would have been better if it were higher. Also, she was able to lock herself in the bathroom and there were no “keys” to unlock the privacy door handles. There were no checkout instructions so we just did what is normally asked of us, taking out the trash, loading the dishwasher, and leaving used towels in the tubs. Would definitely stay here again.

Hot Springs condo

The condo was very clean and comfortable. It looks exactly like the pictures. The pool was also clean and the condo's location was close to what we wanted to do. Having four people in our group we did wish there was a little more seating especially outside on the balcony where we spent quite a bit of our time.
