The cabin was cute as a button. Front porch bright, sunny, perfect. My suggestion is to let people know that it’s located right on the road, so that they are aware of traffic noise and that the loft has low ceilings which adults are unable to stand. Bathroom small, yet functional. The grounds are lovely and large. Overall comfortable and charming
Eustis is a wonderful community and this is a great spot. Fireworks in town. We drove to Canada 1 day, hiked a 4000 footer and explored swimming spots. Host was exceptionally responsive.
We came to ME to ski. The cottage was so perfect to hang and to hot tub. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It snowed frequently and it was plowed right in time. Thank you Sherri!
Check-in instructions were emailed a few days in advance. The cabin is so cute and cozy. Having 6 of us, it was a little cramped inside, BUT, we spent 90% of our time outdoors anyway. The beds are super comfortable! They had all the basics we needed, like toiletries, a coffe/keurig combo machine with pods readily available. There are a few basic seasonings and such in the kitchen. Theres a breeze way room/porch that helped really expand the living space inside. (Great for morning coffee)The washer& dryer are in the basement (outdoor access). There was laundry soap there, though we'd brought our own. There are 3 kayaks down by the dock, which we used multiple times a day. There's a screened in gazebo down at the lake also, which was perfect for afternoon picnics on the lake. Hottub was excellent!!!They have cornhole, badminton, ping-pong, a volley ball, and ladder ball so you cant run out of outdoor activities. Would absolutely stay here again!!Only downside to the entire trip: the bathroom is TINY!!! Small inconvenience that had no real affect on our stay.
Close to trails, store and restaurant are not far. Hot tub was a nice amenity. Cabin is close to the main road but is not a problem as there is plenty of space out back.
Pictures do not do this place justice. Bigger than it seems (although not huge), and had everything you’d need for a short stay. Perfect for a couple or small family. Hot tub was awesome after skiing. 15 minute drive to sugarloaf. Very private and the outdoor lights were an awesome touch to find the place at night and for light around the hot tub. Would book again!
Cannot say enough great things about what this property offered with comfort and beauty all around us. We were very happy with our stay and plan on coming back to this location in the future.
We had plenty to do with the kayaks, lawn games, fire, walks, hot tub and several places to go to eat. Awesome little cabin, just what we were looking for for our anniversary.
Perfect place to stay for the Sugarloaf marathon! Right near the start line and close to a little convenience/grocery store. Kitchen was well stocked. Great property with the lake. Would definitely stay there again!
Overall we had a great stay! Although this property is right on the road, so there was some traffic noise. The set up is lovely, and the location is perfect!
Sherri always does a phenomenal job of making sure that everything you need is taken care of to enjoy the stay. The cabin is close by to the mountains for an easy ski getaway, and tucked away enough to enjoy a peaceful dip into the hot tub. We loved our stay and will continue to come here again in the future!
Very comfortable space, and it was super convenient for my return to Sugarloaf after 40 years. Would love to come back in the summer to experience more time outside on this property.
