Everything was excellent. We were in town for a wedding. This property location was amazing. We were in close proximity of everything. The property was very welcoming and clean. Communication with the property manager was on point. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Cute, clean, convenient This house was perfect for me and my daughter. It was convenient to everything we needed without getting on the interstate! The house is newly remodeled, super clean, and very cute. The owner was very responsive and helpful, friendly and we had no issues at all!!! I travel to the area often and I will be staying here again!

I have recently partnered with local interior decorators to ensure our homes have a warm, cozy feel, as well as with a top-notch cleaning staff to ensure our guest have a premiere experience while staying in our homes.

Why they chose this property

This duplex has been 100% renovated from the inside out and has been professional staged by an expert interior decorator. It is centrally located to downtown Atlanta, East Atlanta, Kirkwood, Grant Park which has a variety of attractions including the Atlanta Zoo, Georgia Aquarium, Atlantic Station, Phillips Arena, Mercedes Benz Stadium and many great restaurants, shopping and local hangout areas. It is also 1 mile from the East Lake Golf Club which is home of the PGA Tour of Champions tournament every year.

There are two rental units on this property, Unit A which is a 2bedroom, 2 bath townhome or apartment. And Unit B which also features a 2bedroom, 2 bath. The units can be rented separately or at the same time. Each unit has its own fenced in back patio/deck and yard for privacy and its own parking.

What makes this property unique

This Duplex is 1 mile from East Lake Golf Club which is the home of the legendary golfer Bobby Jones and is the oldest golf course in the city of Atlanta. Since 2005, East Lake has been the permanent home of the TOUR Championship, which is the culminating event of the PGA TOUR Play-offs for the FedEx Cup, where only the top 30 players are invited to play each year!
