You’ll be very comfortable in this 2-level, 2200 sq ft unit, featuring 2 large living spaces and a spacious dining area. Enjoy the peaceful historic Brewer's Hill neighborhood from the patio off the living room. The unit includes 3 bedrooms: one with a king bed and two with queen beds. Additionally, there are bunk beds in the lower-level family room that accommodate 4 more guests. The master bedroom is lofted and has a king bed, with the master bath featuring a shower and soaking tub. The main level has 2 bedrooms, a full bath, and an office space, plus a queen-sized memory foam sofa sleeper in the living room.

Historic Brewer's Hill is a charming, tree-lined area with beautiful homes from the early 20th century. It used to be home to many beer brewers, hence the name Brewer's Hill. The neighborhood is quiet but walkable to restaurants, the Riverfront, and downtown attractions. It’s perfect for those coming to enjoy events like Summerfest, Bastille Days, or a Bucks or Brewers game.
*Parking Information:
The unit includes a private 2-car garage with an additional space in front, allowing for a total of 3 parking spots. Ample street parking is also available, and Milwaukee offers Bublr bike stations and The Hop streetcar, with a station just 8 blocks away. Uber and Lyft services are readily accessible.
*Additional Information:
- Full Private Access: Enjoy exclusive use of the unit, patio, and garage. The yard, driveway, and hallways are shared with 2 other units.
- Host Communication: May not be available between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am.
- Pet Policy: Pets are welcome but should not be left unattended. Additional guest charges apply, and events or non-Airbnb guests must be approved by the host and may incur extra fees.
* House Rules: No shoes or smoking inside the house. No tampering with devices, internet, or exterior cameras. Turn off lights, fans, and the fireplace when not in use and before leaving.
* Grill Use: The charcoal grill is available for use; however, charcoal or gas is not provided. If used, the grill must be cleaned afterward.

Loud or late-night partying is not allowed, and noise monitoring systems are in place. Excessive noise could result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

Why they chose this property
In a newer construction building, this unit is clean & comfortable, but is located in a beautiful historic neighborhood. It is close to everything downtown has to offer & is walkable to many restaurants & bars. The riverfront & riverwalk are only a few minutes away & a great way to take in the city.
What makes this property unique
This spacious unit features three comfortable bedrooms—one with a king bed and two with queen beds—offering plenty of room to unwind. The lower-level bedroom is ideal for larger groups, equipped with bunk beds and a sofa bed to sleep up to five additional guests. With the primary living areas located on the main level, you’ll enjoy stair-free access throughout most of the home; stairs are only needed to access the lower-level bedroom. For parking, take advantage of the 2-car garage, an additional spot in front, and ample street parking nearby (overnight permit required).
