The space
This is the largest unit available at the Knickerbocker on the Lake, a boutique hotel/condominium built in 1929 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It has many of the perks of hotel living (fitness center! valet dry cleaning! spa and restaurant on first floor!) but the modern comforts of a huge, family home. Gourmet kitchen of your dreams (giant granite island, gas stove, 2 sinks, Italian marble backsplash, walk-in pantry, window bench, the list goes on)! Tons of living space with huge open-floor plan - living room that opens up to dining room that opens up to kitchen, separate spacious den with bar, three separate bedrooms.

The entire 2,825 sq ft condo was beautifully remodeled in 2015. The owners designed the condo to retain the historical charm of Old Milwaukee.
