Welcome to the Milwaukee Mid-Century Modern Moose. This Victorian home was built in 1891 and recently transformed into five, luxurious modern units.
This boutique property is ideally located steps away from the trendiest restaurants and bars, coffee shops, Lake Michigan beaches, Brady Street, hospitals, North Avenue, downtown, the Oak Leaf Trail, biking, hiking, the river walk, Public Market and other grocery stores, Summerfest, and the all-new Bucks arena/Fiserv Forum. Milwaukee is known as “Brew City” for a reason, and we have two well-known breweries just a few blocks away - Eagle Park Brewery and Lakefront. The included surface parking space is located right next door.
You will find this place is ideal for weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, families, reunions, and business travelers.
After coming home from a tough day at the beach or eating your way through the many award-winning restaurants trying to figure out your favorite cheese curd, you will find free, blazing fast WiFi, central air conditioning and heat, and two Smart TVs with your favorite apps (cable not included) - feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!
Kitchen/Dining: The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, toaster, blender, and a Keurig K-Duo Single Serve coffee maker. There is ample seating for 7 which includes a small dining table and bar stools at the peninsula. A stackable washer and dryer along with detergent is also conveniently located in this space.
Living Room: For a rainy day or just a cozy night in, relax in the elegant living room well-appointed with a 65 inch Smart TV and games to keep the entertainment going. *Twin air mattress available to sleep one additional person in the living room
Bedrooms: Bedroom #1: (2)Twin beds, built-in dresser, and closet Bedroom #2: Queen bed, dresser, luggage rack, and closet Bedroom #3: Queen bed and pull out bed chair (twin size) with en-suite bathroom. Also Included: closet with extra bedding, luggage rack, and desk with chair.
Bathrooms: Two bathrooms are provided. One with a stand up shower and one with a tub/shower combo. Also included: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, toilet paper, and hair dryer.
Outdoor: Walk down the two flights of mid-century modern side entrance stairs to a chic patio oasis complete with a natural gas grill and push-button fire pit and teak dining table and furniture. Keep the outdoor entertainment going (until quiet hours of course) with automatic luminous patio and pergola party lights. *Please be aware the outdoor patio is shared amongst the tenants in the building. *Max of 15 people in the patio at a time *Patio Rules will be provided and must be adhered to *If you would like to privately reserve the space, please contact the Host upon booking. Additional fees apply.
You will have the entire third floor unit to yourself beginning at 4pm. The entrance is through the front door or side door. You will be provided a code the day before arrival. We reside at the property, and we will be available for help most of the time between 9am and 6pm. We do not have a 24 hour service, but we do our best to help with any accommodations for your entire stay. As a reminder, we are not a full service hotel. We are providing our space for the month and some essentials to make your stay better.
There is one included surface parking space in a parking lot approximately 100 feet to the northwest of the property. More specific instructions will be provided prior to arrival. Please note that once on the ground/first-floor level, there are two flights of mid-century modern stairs to climb up to the third floor where you will be rewarded with your penthouse suite, awaiting your efforts! Keep in mind this is shared building and patio with other tenants so be mindful and respectful in regards to noise levels. Additional rules and regulations for the patio and quiet hours will be provided upon arrival. There are exterior surveillance cameras located around the property. While we want to ensure you have a wonderful experience, we have better things to do than spend our time spying on our guests - the cameras are more for safety reasons.

We loved staying at this awesome apartment the week do Thanksgiving. It had all the supplies we needed to cook meals. It was within walking distance of two grocery stores and a great coffee shop. Having two bathrooms and three bedrooms was perfect for amour family of four - two adults and two teens. We would definitely stay here again.
We were visiting family in Milwaukee and booked this for the location and amenities. The unit was super clean and spacious, we weren’t missing anything! River and lakefront and Oak Leaf trail are easy walking distance, and Bublr bikes everywhere. We had a great time and would book it again!
Beautiful and clean property. Great and fast communication with the hosts. Comfortable beds and linens. Central location. The penthouse is on the third floor, so if anyone has issues going up the stairs (with or without luggage) might be a bit problematic. Overall a great stay! Thank you!
Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. Check-in process was very simple. We were astounded at how large the actual unit was. And it was incredibly clean. We will definitely keep this place in mind. Should we visit again. Thank you to both the hosts for rapidly responding to any question that we had. We would recommend this highly!

The process was easy, the unit is top notch and exactly as it is represented, the location was the best to be able to walk to a variety of things. I would recommend this to anyone.
The apartment is just as listed, so clean and location is awesome! We were able to walk to Fiserv Forum for a Bucks game and all over! Communication was great - and check in/out was so easy!

This property is extremely well maintained. It is exactly as depicted in photos. It is a great location close to so many local attractions. It was also spacious allowing my teens their time away. We highly recommended the Mid Century Modern Moose. Owners were also very communicative abd helpful.
Had a gr8 weekend in MLK. Place was walking distance to much! Great decore. Everything you need. Top notch!

The location was ok, but not great. The apartment overall was very clean, but the main shower backed up quickly. We did not like having to take a shower in standing. I reported this problem, and it was not fixed. To be fair we were only there three nights and I reported the problem after the first night.

This unit was incredibly clean, amazingly stocked with all the necessities plus so many great little extras! Not only was it walkable to almost everything, it also gave just enough distance to be out of the hustle and bustle.
I would HIGHLY recommend to others without any hesitation!

This was a perfect location for our family’s weekend away. We easily walked to restaurants, the riverfront, and all over downtown. When someplace wasn’t within walking distance, we walked to the streetcar stop for a free ride anywhere. The apartment was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 5.

We had a lovely time in the Midcentury Moose. Kayla couldn’t have been a better, more responsive communicator. The place was SPOTLESS (and this is very important to me). The property was close to a lot of what Milwaukee had to offer and we could not have been more pleased.
Group of 8 stayed to run the Brew City marathon / half. Awesome location. Stocked kitchen if you want to cook. Comfortable. Close to nightlife but not in the middle of it. Quick walk to the lake, downtown, museums.
My wife and I flew into town to attend a Morgan Wallen concert and explore Milwaukee for the weekend The hosts were extremely accommodating our request to check in early at the last minute!!
Great location if you are looking to stay near the bar action of Brady Street and don’t mind some outdoor noise after-hours.
Be prepared to walk up two steep flights of stairs to access this top floor facility.
I would definitely stay here again!
