In addition, this resort is conveniently located within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, bars, and nightclubs.

The Space:
Experience comfort and convenience in this inviting space that comes equipped with all the essentials for an enjoyable stay. The unit features a laundry room, hall bathroom, and a fully stocked kitchen with a convenient breakfast bar, perfect for preparing meals during your stay. Kick back in the cozy family room, which includes a smart TV for your entertainment. The spacious master bedroom offers a luxurious en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the second bedroom provides ample space for a relaxing retreat.

Step outside to the roomy patio area, complete with a dining table that overlooks the picturesque grounds. The unit is tastefully decorated with a modern, light, and airy beach theme, and includes smart TVs in both bedrooms for your convenience. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including dishes, small appliances, pots and pans, plastic dinnerware for kids, and wine glasses for adults. You'll appreciate the ample lighting, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator during your stay.

Guest Access:
Upon arrival, make your way to the Casa Blanca guard gate, where you will check in and receive your parking pass. The friendly staff will provide you with directions to the D building, and you'll find ample parking right in front of your unit.

Take the elevator up to the 5th floor and step just a few short paces to the door of your condo. You'll gain entry with your door code, which you will receive prior to your arrival.

The Neighborhood:
Puerto Penasco, also known as Rocky Point, is a charming seaside town located in the northern part of the Mexican state of Sonora. The town is well-known for its beautiful sandy beaches that stretch along the Sea of Cortez. The beaches in Puerto Penasco offer visitors a diverse range of experiences, from secluded coves perfect for a romantic getaway, to lively beaches teeming with activity.

Sandy Beach is one of the most popular beaches in Puerto Penasco. It is a long stretch of soft white sand that slopes gently into the sea, providing an ideal spot for sunbathing and swimming. The beach offers a range of activities, including jet skiing, parasailing, and banana boat rides. Visitors can also take a leisurely stroll along the beach, play beach volleyball, or simply relax in the sun.

Getting Around:
Sandy Beach is a great area for those who want to be close to the beach and have easy access to restaurants and bars. Many of these restaurants and bars can be easily walked to from accommodations in the Sandy Beach area. However, to explore other parts of town, such as the Rodeo Drive shopping area, in-town attractions, the port area, and the malecón, visitors will need some form of transportation. While there are limited public transportation options available in Puerto Penasco, visitors can also use taxis or their own vehicles to get around town.Just be sure to follow all the traffic rules and stop at all stop signs, even the hidden ones!

-The resort has a $50 resort amenities fee per condo
-The resort is pet friendly, but we do require an extra $50 pet fee and he/she must be listed on the reservation in order to receive their own wristband.
