SUPPLIES
The house comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens, and bath towels.

We also provide an ample supply of soap, shampoo/conditioner, laundry soap, cleaning supplies, hand sanitizer, and coffee provided. Please prepare to bring or purchase subsequent supplies.

NEIGHBORHOOD
This house is in a residential neighborhood. Please respect our friends and neighbors and avoid loud, large parties. Please treat the neighbors like you live there. The neighborhood and backyard are perfect for enjoying and laughing with your friends and family.

PARKING
There's plenty of parking space for up to 4 cars or trucks. There is also plenty of room for a boat trailer. At this time, guests do not have access to the garage, unless you walk through the house.

PETS
Pets are welcome for a $70 fee per pet for the entire stay to account for the extra cleaning they require for the next guest. Please bring bags and clean up after your pets.
Keep your pets off furniture and bedding. If pets soil the carpet during your stay, a $150 carpet cleaning fee will be charged to your account.

Incredibly gracious host and property

My family had to vacate our house while repairs were being done. There were multiple delays through the process and being able to work with Geeta to extend our stay saved my sanity. The home itself is nice and spacious, with a terrific kitchen layout. The master bath and it's huge tub was a blessing after a hard day working on my own house. The location was perfect for us, close enough to my son's school and my own work that our daily routine could still function.

Property needs to be repaired

The day I checked in to this property the heat was not working properly. The owner knew it wasn’t before I came, but waited till I got there and complained that it wasn’t to fix it. The microwave had the handle broken off so badly that I didn’t think it would work. It did, but I didn’t pay that kind of money to be in a place with that. If you look closely at some of the pictures, you can see that rocks are holding up a couch in the front room. Blinds are broken in two of the bedrooms. This has definitely turned me off of staying in VRBO’s ever again.
