Two bedroom cottage on 8 acres with amazing views.

Two bedroom, one bathroom home with amazing views of the Arkansas river valley. Located in the growing town of Paris, Arkansas. Less than 30 minutes away from Mt Magazine and a short drive from the heart of Arkansas wine country. Some of Arkansas’s nicest trails and scenery are close by.
Each bedroom features a queen size bed and closet for storage. The living area includes a sofa sleeper for additional guests. A queen size air mattress is also provided with extra linens. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen and seating for 6. The kitchen incudes a drip coffee maker for the coffee lovers. Relax in the sunroom and enjoy the scenery of the River Valley. The house also has a two-car garage and a gas grill. A washer and dryer sit in the laundry room for use. The bathroom includes a shower/tub combo and towels are provided.

The view from the rear of the property is like no other. It is truly one of the most amazing views I have witnessed. It is located less than 30 minutes to Mt. Magazine and two other state parks. Enjoy the unique town of Paris which features antique shops, restaurants, shopping and a coffee shop. Visit the Eiffel Tower in the town square.
