Phillip was a great host, very responsive and communicated very well! The house was everything we hoped it would be and definitely look forward to an opportunity to stay here again in the near future.
Floor plan was good.Old house but clean. Bed was low to floor and not comfortable. Would suggest adding box spring to mattress. I would rate a 5 if this was improved.Spacious room outside to turn around trailers with side by side. Enjoyed our stay .
Philip’s house was clean, roomy, quiet and very comfortable. The large sectional and oversized leather chair were amazing! The kitchen was larger than we expected and the game room was a hit!
We just stayed the one night, the place is great. Very quiet and clean. We also tried the local Mexican restaurant in town and it was also great. We would stay here again if in the area.
When in the area, we highly recommend staying here. It is a very clean and relaxing place to stay. It met all of our needs while there. We had great communication with the owner and he was wonderful to work with!!!!!
Needed a place close to a wedding venue and found this home. The owner was very responsive and everything worked well in the house. Only thing I wish we had were tv's in the bedroom and a more comfy mattress. Overall, recommended for a short stay.
We arrived and check in was super easy. Everything was clean and tidy. Will definitely try to get again in the future.

Recently updated house. Clean. Very well stocked. Several features to accommodate a full family with young children. New Washer and Dryer & Fridge. Only 5 minutes away from shopping. About 25 to 30 min from Mount Magazine.
My husband, myself and adult son stayed at your home while spending Thanksgiving with niece who lives in your town. Originally, i anticipated 6+ in our group which is why i ultimately chose your home- you have the space and actual beds to accommodate us. As it turned out, only 3 of us stayed. Location was very convenient for our needs. The home is much more spacious than it appears. My sister and brother-in-law were in town and we were conveniently located to spend some extra time with her.Yes, i would stay here again.! Thank you!
This property has a lot of potential but could use some extra attention to make it great. The rooms are spacious and the TV is large, so that is nice. Had trouble getting comfortable on the small couch and very firm mattresses. Some areas were missed in turnover, which happens sometimes.Host was very communicative.

Disappointed
The house has lots of potential, but needs some tlc. The master bed is broken on one side so the person on that side has to fight rolling out of bed. We killed multiple wasps in the bedrooms and spiders over the 2 night stay. There was a ton of broken glass on the ground of the carport. The bedroom door to the kid's room was extremely difficult to open and would get stuck half way due to uneven floors. Overall everything just felt dirty.
House has plenty of potential, but in current condition not worth the price.
