Embraced by the rustic Darßwald and lush meadows are our apartments in Prerow. The white sandy beach is only a few minutes.
The residence of the residence Kormoran consists of 17 holiday homes - generously distributed on approx. 36,000 square meters and is located in 18375 Ostseebad Prerow, Grüne Straße 45 A-R.

The cottages are surrounded by Darßwald, meadows and detached houses. The access road leads to a dead end in the natural, unspoiled Darßwald. Recharge your batteries and enjoy the wonderful nature of the Baltic Sea directly in front of your apartment.

The sand on the northern beach, which has always been landed by the sea, is as fine as in the Caribbean Sea and is only a 15-minute walk away. The houses are partially thatched, as is typical for the Baltic Sea region.

The apartments consist of two rooms of 54 sqm for two to four people or three room maisonette of 75 sqm for two to six people and are fully furnished.

You can receive Wi-Fi via a secured network in all apartments. Our service includes beds and towels.
For even more relaxation, our sauna provides. And in the complex there is a washing machine room with coin machines. And a bike rental also meets special requests.

There is a playground for the little ones, and a football field for the older children. A barbecue area is there for everyone. Each apartment has a parking space and a lockable storage room for bicycles.

In our service office, you not only get your keys, but also other information, tips and advice for a perfect vacation.

For dogs, you pay 10 € per dog per night.
