This is an Exceptionally Rare short term rental property in Arlington!

Stay at my amazing recently renovated 3-story Townhouse on Quincy Street in Ballston, close to all the main DC attractions like White house. The Townhouse is spacious and thoughtfully put together for your comfort with a private backyard and free private parking in the garage. The bedrooms have queen beds.

Guests will have access to the complete home.
Other things to note
I request that the primary renter in any group is 25 years or older. ID may be required at check in.

Primary check in between 3:00PM and 8:00 PM

Check out time is by 11:00AM.

NOTE:

* Early check ins will incur a $30 service charge per hour until 3pm or scheduled check in time
* Lastly, Checkouts after 11am will incur a fee of $30 per hour(Late check out)

Please note - For any reason that constitutes an emergency I reserve the right to enter the premises to address these matters. All guests will be provided with notice should there be such a requirement.

Nice place but pricey

Definitely a nice and clean place, but certainly overpriced. You can tell it is an older building, but itā€™s been remodeled to make it comfortable and cozy. I would stay again.

Great condo, well maintained convenient location

The unit looked newly refurbished very clean, well organized and maintained. Owner was very responsive when there were questions. Location is very convenient and is nice quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay!

Family getaway

The location is very convenient to the metro, restaurants and the neighborhood lends itself for walking your dog with no issues. While in Arlington we went to several museums, a Nationals game, and a DC United game

Ballston

While the property host was friendly, we had a number of issues with this VRBO. When we attempted to check in, the unit was occupied by another guest that thought they had the right to stay through the entire checkout day. From there we discovered the outdoor furniture, gas grill, and grounds were not as advertised (i.e. not usable.) It took four days to remedy this situation. We had to document damages to the unit (missing closet door, drywall dents, bath fan not operational, etc.) so the BEST*Gorgeous and Luxurious Home* was clearly an overstatement. For what is charged for this unit, everything should be perfect and seamless. We should not have had the experience we did and is a lesson to us that not all VRBOs are equal. Perform your own due diligence before booking this property.
