High quality linens, well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, a large fully fenced back yard, back deck with Weber grill and front wrap-around porch.
Located fifteen minutes from downtown DC, 10 minutes from the Pentagon (and Pentagon metro station) and 15 minutes from Reagan airport.
Our home is in the family-friendly Claremont neighborhood of South Arlington just blocks from Claremont Elementary, Wakefield High, walking/biking paths, kiddie parks, the large Shirlington dog park, shopping and restaurants and public transportation.

My family has lived in Guatemala, Northern Virginia and now Maryland. We loved both our Guatemala and Arlington, Va homes so instead of selling when we moved we turned them into furnished rentals. We love hosting people from around the world and in particular providing mid-term stays to displaced families.

The Claremont neighborhood of Arlington is family friendly yet very diverse. You will find folks from all over the world, lots of young kids and lots of retirees all within walking distance of parks, restaurants, schools and shopping.
