Embraced by the rustic Darßwald and lush meadows, our apartments are in Prerow. It is only a few minutes to the white sandy beach.
The complex of the Residenz Kormoran consists of 17 holiday homes - generously distributed over approx. 36,000 sqm and is located in 18375 Ostseebad Prerow, Grüne Straße 45 A-R.

The cottages are surrounded by Darßwald, meadows and detached houses. The access road ends as a dead end in the natural, unspoilt Darßwald. Recharge your batteries and relax and enjoy the wonderful nature of the Baltic Sea right in front of your apartment.

The sand on the north beach, which has always been newly landed by the sea, is as fine as in the Caribbean and is only a 15-minute walk away. The houses are partly thatched, as is typical for the Baltic Sea region.

The apartments consist of two rooms with 54 square meters for two to four people or three room maisonettes with 75 square meters for two to six people and are fully furnished.

You can receive WiFi in a secure network in all apartments. Our service includes made beds and towels.
Our sauna ensures even more relaxation. And in the facility there is a washing machine room with coin machines. And a bike rental also fulfills special requests upon request.

There is a playground for the little ones and a soccer field for the older children. There is a barbecue area for everyone. Each apartment has a parking space and a lockable storage room for bicycles.

In our service office you will not only receive your keys, but also further information, tips and advice for a perfect vacation.

For the taking of dogs you pay € 10 per dog per night.
