To the left, you’ll find the master suite, which has a comfortable king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, and private en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a large tub, a double vanity, and a walk-in shower. You'll enjoy views of one of Paseo's lakes and fountains outside the balcony!

To the right are the 2 large guest bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and one with 3 twin-sized beds, and the guest bathroom.

Paseo is an award-winning community with resort-like amenities including a grand resort style pool, featuring rockscapes, waterfalls and a poolside Tiki Bar. The main pool complex also includes a fitness lap pool and children’s water playground and splashpad. In addition, our condo has a Quad pool outside the garage door, which only condos in the Quad area have access to it. Other amenities include a state of the art fitness center, pub, ice cream and coffee shop and movie theater. Not to mention the tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball, fishing and a full schedule of events!

PLEASE NOTE:
Paseo is an award winning, exclusive community which requires an application process to be completed 21 business days in advance of each renter. There is an online application and background check, which costs $100 per married couple, which is paid separately by credit card to the 3rd Party Tenant Evaluation company. If the unit is booked closer than 21 business days, there is a $110 expedited fee to have the HOA board of directors review the application quickly. This fee will be charged via a VRBO invoice.
