Multiple pools, pool bar/restaurant, walking paths, a nature preserve, pickle ball, tennis, basketball court, bocce ball, card room, fitness center and restaurants. Just 40 minutes from either Ft. Myers Beach or Sanibel makes for a great day trip! This beautifully decorated 1st floor condo has breathtaking sunset views from the screened in patio! All the amenities of home including Wi-Fi and cable TV. Linens are included as well as a four-seater golf cart to get around the community, as well as beach gear, sand toys, towels, inflatables and shelling gear!
