After 6 months of researching southwest Florida, we chose the Colonial Country Club development because of its location, quality of properties, variety of amenities and the kindness of staff and neighbors.
What makes this property unique
We fell in love with this property for the stunning view out the back of the water and golf course! Beautiful place to enjoy coffee in the morning and sunsets in the evenings! We feel like we are on a cruise ship -- there's so much to do within the Colonial Country Club development. You can be as active or as relaxed as you'd like to be!
