We have been in Florida for decades and have been hosting on and off for over 5 years. We love meeting new people and helping people have great vacations.
Why they chose this property
This is an historic neighborhood where lots of us know each other. We ride almost everywhere we need to go on our golf cart. Our life is super chill and the weather is almost always right.
What makes this property unique
We have a super secluded pool and hot tub so we can cool plunge in the heat or warm up in the winter. The house is divided into 2-units which makes it a no brainer for us to host on one side. Occasionally we rent both sides an and take a trip of our own.
