The new, open-concept kitchen seamlessly connects to a spacious living and dining area, perfect for both relaxation and entertaining. The bedroom features a comfortable king bed, and the roomy living/dining space can easily accommodate a firm queen air mattress for extra guests. The modern bathroom includes a large walk-in shower and a bidet for added comfort.

Pool was ice cold, lots of mosquitoes by hot tub, could not enjoy outside at all, very disappointed. No thermostat, owner controlled it from her unit, main TV was on a timer, so couldn't even watch a full movie unless we were in bedroom. Unit was clean, owner was nice, but the main description of this property did not say anything about a shared unit. We always stayed in private house. Very disappointed, we heard talking thru the walls in kitchen and bedroom, truly no privacy in this unit. They need to be honest with property description. Try to stay out of unit as much as possible to make the best of our time off, ft myers beach is highly recommended

Why they chose this property

This is an historic neighborhood where lots of us know each other. We ride almost everywhere we need to go on our golf cart. Our life is super chill and the weather is almost always right.

What makes this property unique

We have a super secluded pool and hot tub so we can cool plunge in the heat or warm up in the winter. The house is divided into 2-units which makes it a no brainer for us to host on one side. Occasionally we rent both sides an and take a trip of our own.
