The domicile is popular because of the view from the property of the forests and its quiet, sunny, and secluded location at the edge of the forest and by the water. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, children's playground, swing, sandbox, climbing frame, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, and campfire site. Outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, 2x barbecue, 1x barbecue table, smokehouse, 3 babies can be accommodated over capacity.

Heřmanice, 380 m a.s.l. The holiday flat is located on a 5000 sqm open garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Half of the house with separate entrance. Small pond, children's playground, illuminated pergola. The property is located on the cycle path by the pond. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone, length 50 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 6 cars) on the property.
