Check in was very easy. Host responded very quickly and the location was perfect with a quick walk to the village and lifts. I would definitely stay there again and will recommend it anyone that is looking for a place to stay there!
Had a great stay here! It was very clean and tidy. Had everything we needed and a great snowy view off the back porch. Definitely remember to call the shuttle to get to slopes though. It picked us up right outside the condo and dropped us off slopeslide.
No we did not have hot water the entire stay and had to take sponge baths. We had three adults and four children which was very inconveinent. I feel there should be some type of monetary adjustment for this situation
We had a great trip to Snowshoe. The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is perfect. Erin was a great communicator and very responsive.
Location was excellent. Shuttle service was very easy and convenient to use. Condo was a little tight for our group, but who goes skiing to stay inside. All of us had a wonderful time at Snowshoe.

Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
Rude Property Manager and Rough Dirty Unit.
Things started out ok. The property manager was communicating as expected. When we got to the unit, that’s when things went downhill.
The washing machine was not working. We called the manager and she said she couldn’t find anybody to work on it. This proved she knew about it before we got there. When I explained that the washer was very important and we needed it fixed, she responded “What did you do, bring your dirty laundry from home? Why do you need to wash clothes over a 3 day trip?”
I was speechless at first that someone I had paid lots of money to rent her property would say something like this to guests. Very unprofessional! To add to the unprofessionalism, she offered that I could bring our laundry a couple of doors down to a random stranger. Again, very unprofessional. And finally, said she would pay for the repair if I would find a repairman. Again, very unprofessional. Needless to say, our entire party wore dirty ski clothes which we had planned to wash every night.
Here are some other items that we didn’t like about the unit:
Receptacles in many common places were so loose a cord would not stay plugged in
The lines were awful. Either so thin where you see through them (literally) or falling apart or very unclean feeling.
The master shower is weird. It was cheaply retrofitted to be a shower instead of a tub. I almost fell trying to climb out it.
I would avoid if at all possible and stay in a better managed and cleaner unit

I'm sorry that you had a rough stay at our property. Our goal is to always provide wonderful experiences for our guests that create lasting memories.
To address your issues:
Yes, you're correct that the washing machine was not working and that we knew ahead of time. We messaged you directly to the number in your profile before your arrival (which later you confirmed you received, but never read.)
A washer machine is not listed as one of our amenities: however we still notified you ahead of time and offered hundreds of dollars in compensation (which you accepted), and even went the extra mile to find a solution for you to do your laundry nightly in the same complex (at our business partners rental unit.)
We attempted to fix the washing machine on Friday as soon as the housekeeper informed us it was not working. Unfortunately we were unable to get someone onto the mountain to fix it in the middle of a weekend snow storm. We replaced the washer 2 days later as soon as you checked out on Monday.
Also, the master bathroom can be clearly seen in the listing photos as a Jacuzzi tub/shower combo.
