great location

Easy access to everything we needed for this trip from this location and the host was very responsive. We got in late and there was no guard at the gate and the gate was open so we didn't realize it was actually manned most of the time until 2 days later and got a parking pass then. Other than that, check-in was smooth.

Great location and complex facilities

Check in was great, communication great, layout Mario room and complex amazing. Beautiful unit!A few things that were disappointing were the pots, pans, and sofa all need immediate replacement. The teflon coating was scratched and no longer safe for use, the couch was stained, lopsided and beyond its expiration for the cushions. The drains all need to be cleaned out bc the water doesnt flow down and all seemed to be semi clogged. Carpets could use replacement as the under neath was poking through by the thresholds so we had to wear shoes to not hurt our feet and socks were very dirty after walking on the floors. Overall, needs some maintenance, once done I’d definitely recommend

Bare minimum

We have a great time. Sebastian was amazing. We had a few situations which were quickly resolved. As far as the actual condo… I would say it only sleeps 5. What they consider a futon is super uncomfortable and looks like the next time someone sleeps on it the leg will break. I was underwhelmed by the amount of supplies we had to use. One roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. I dollar store paper towel and only one pod for the dishwasher etc. The porch by far was my favorite. The view was amazing in the morning and night.

Regarding the supplies, as we mention on the welcome message we provide the basics supplies for your first days. I totally agree, the view from this apartment is incredible after a long day.

Enjoyed my stay

This a nice condo as described on the site. Few issues we had keeping this being a 5 star review. The dryer’s door handle was broken making it tough to open. The front door’s electric lock failed keeping us locked out of property at 11pm with tired kids waiting to go to sleep. The was no phone number to contact the property management leaving the only communication through the Vrbo app which is not efficient when there is an emergency. I was 5 minutes from leaving and booking another hotel for the night, luckily I banged on the lock and it engaged. There was a leak from the condo above in the master bath which caused the main circuit breaker to trip every time the bathroom’s fan was turned on. When these issues are corrected this will be a 5 star property.

Beautiful Place

This place was beautiful! It was extremely clean and had a great view of the resort. We thought we were getting the Super Mario room for our son, but we got a different one instead, so photos were confusing. Super close to Disney, and everything was perfect about this place! It was gorgeous!
