During the beach chair season (April to September) a beach chair in Nessmersiel on the beach is available free of charge for your entire stay.

Bicycles (26 and 28) are available free of charge, but are not part of the rental property; use is at your own risk.

If you need more bicycles, there is a bike rental about 400 m from the house.

Pets and smoking are not allowed because we want to offer all our guests an allergy-friendly holiday home.

Shops, wellness oasis, storm-free, playground and the beach is within walking distance.

The islands of Baltrum and Norderney are right on the doorstep. You can start your mudflat hike directly on the beach. With the Baltrum line you have the possibility to transfer to Baltrum. From April to October, the Baltrum Line offers attractive special trips such as: B. to Norderney and Langeoog from Nessmersiel port.

Minimum stay of 5 nights or more (outside of holiday periods) possible by prior arrangement - depending on the season. The day of arrival can also be arranged, in the holiday season on Saturday. Arrival from approx. 4 p.m., departure by 10 a.m.
