About this property
One house. Your whole group. Room to be together without being on top of each other.
You pull in with 13 people! bags everywhere, and zero interest in splitting the group across hotel rooms. Then the door opens. Someone claims the porch. The kids race to pick beds. The crew spreads out without disappearing from the fun. That's the difference here. Seven beds give everyone a landing spot, but the real win is having one place where the whole group can eat, laugh, recharge, and actually be together. Because the best part of Montgomery might be what happens after you get back home.
We want you to enjoy your stay! It’s likely you won’t see me during your visit, which allows you more privacy and convenience.
However, I am here anytime you need to reach out. If you need anything or have questions, just send me a message and I’ll be quick to respond.

Josh and his team always provide us a fabulous experience when we come to Montgomery with our 8th grade. Whenever I need something delivered to the house, they are on it. They are so easy to communicate with, to book, and everything is neat and clean. We love it and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thanks Dreamline Suites for making our experience so great. We'll be back next year.
House wasn’t very clean, we ended up having to clean a lot of the counters and house ourselves. The pictures made the house look a lot cleaner and lighter than it actually was. Very good customer service though, they were responsive and sent maintenance over asap when things were needed. Overall experience was good.
Beautiful, historic home convenient to Riverfront, convention center, and Capitol areas. We had plenty of space for our group who was there for Beta Club state convention.
We ranged from 60-81 and were thrilled w this lovely cottage. We are from Montgomery and enjoyed visiting friends and sightseeing. Comfortable living area and mattresses were great. Great host. We would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you!
Conveniently located near downtown and Maxwell AFB. House had all the basics you needed. Curbside parking on side streets was adequate. House is old with lots of quirks and marginal craftsmanship on upgrades. Cleanliness was okay/marginal with some issues passed along to manager. Master BR has stained glass window that lets a lot of light in during the night from neighbor’s security flood light. Multiple non-functional items: ironing board was broke, multiple remotes not working due to dead batteries. All reported to manager but not fixed due to limited time we were in the property—I just dealt with them. AC also broke about half way into stay. Manager quickly addresses as best he could, but we had to move to another property, which was inconvenient. No issues with safety or crime based on Capitol Heights area.
Quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The house is well maintained for being an historic house. Accommodations were perfect. Listing was accurate. Loved the tranquility. We’ll return if in area again. All inquiries were handled quickly and made our stay more enjoyable. Thank you!
We really enjoyed our time together the kitchen was amazing and it was very spacious the whole house I loved sitting on the Porch will be booking again soon Thanks for sharing you alls place I have always wanted to stay in a home like this and my family got to experience it too🌹❤️
Nice house and convenient for golf snd dining downtown. Owner was very accommodating in providing better television services. Picture of front porch is a little deceiving. It could be spruced up but inside of house is nice. Would stay again outside if heat of summer. Very good value.
House was great for several out of town family members to attend my son's officer commissioning at Maxwell AFB. Location is great to downtown and easy access to Maxwell. Old historical, huge house with tons of space.Kitchen has multiple type coffee makers, gas stove, newer appliances, plenty of plates, glasses, cups, and utensils. Hung out every night and mornings on the front porch. Communication, check-in, and arrival details with owner was great.BBQ needs to be replaced or taken off of the listing.
Our church youth group enjoyed this space for its trip. Overall, clean and good space. Only downside was lack of paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, etc) which did not match up with the number of people the listing claims to sleep. Other than that, very happy with the experience.
high traffic. low water pressure. fabulous front porch.

Disappointed in the cleanliness
I was disappointed in the cleanliness and overall shape of the property. The linens were clean and the shower gel was nice, but the place was dirty feeling overall. The back yard is uninhabitable and the bbq grill is sitting in the middle of the weeds.

The house didn't feel clean. Bugs in the room with the bunk bed. No towels or wash cloths in the master suite. Burnt out light bulbs in the master bath. Got locked out/keypad not working. The internet repair man came while we were there but we were trying to leave to go see our family--had to stay while he worked on the internet. Getting the TV n the master bedroom was extremely hard to get connected to the internet. Password was not the one sent to us on the link nor was the name of the network. No batteries in the remote for the master bedroom ceiling fan. The back yard needs attention....not well kept at all-fence needs repairs if you are going to advertise it for pets. The fire alarm was pulled off the wall and the battery was taken out. We go to Montgomery several times a year. We will not be booking this house again. The house had great character as it was old and historical but overall we were not happy with our stay.

Misrepresentation and not a healthy place to stay
First impression when you drive up is please let the inside look better than the outside. The online pictures are not accurate. The house is in disrepair and there is mold throughout the house. Walls had water dripping down. The floors are dangerous and sinking in many spots throughout the house including the cement ones in the main bathroom. The couch was dirty and stained. The Porch was not usable. Missing cushions. Gate was broken. Door was missing latches. Couldn’t set the alarm system. Gas stove in kitchen smelled of gas. No mixing bowls or basics in the kitchen. They need to update and repair this home. Cars travel very fast on the road and raced from 2-3 am. So be careful. I can only add 8 photos but I have dozens.
Thank you for your feedback. In this case, it was clear the property simply wasn’t the right fit. While many guests enjoy the space and cleanliness of this home, expectations can vary. After concerns were raised, we promptly offered a full refund and helped relocate you to ensure your comfort. We remain committed to providing well-maintained homes and great service, even when that means recognizing a guest may be better suited elsewhere.

My wife and I moved to Montgomery and couldn't find a furnished rental anywhere while we were shopping for a house. After paying a big fee to break our lease, we knew there had to be a better option. Welcome to Dreamline Suites, where we bring home, here.
