The tastefully furnished 4½-room corner duplex is located on the third and fourth floor (= top floor) of a 3-family house from the 18th Century in the heart of the picturesque old town of Cannobio with its typical houses and narrow streets. Only about 30 meters away is the romantic lakeside promenade and the piazza with harbor. Shops, cafes, bars and restaurants are also within walking distance. It is a beautiful, partially renovated approx. 130 m² large 4½-room corner maisonette, which has retained the charm of an antique apartment. The combination of modern and antique has succeeded here. At this retreat, you can simply dive from everyday life and enjoy all the things that make the Italian way of life so adorable. Of great recreational value are in addition to the three balconies, the approximately 30 m², sunny roof terrace all day with 360 ° views of the lake, the mountains and the roofs of Cannobio. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Es war alles sauber. Danke Ketty Da das Haus mitten im Ort an einer schmalen Gasse liegt, kann man mit dem Auto nicht bis vor die Tür fahren, was aber von uns positiv bewertet wird, weil es dadurch wunderbar ruhig liegt. Im Haus sind bis zur Wohnung 3 Stockwerke zu erklimmen. Das absolute Highlight ist die große Dachterrasse mit Seeblick! Zur Uferpromenade geht man über die stufige Gasse in zwei Minuten.Wir haben uns im typisch italienischen Ambiente von Haus und Ort sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher nochmal wieder kommen!(ein kleiner Mecker muss sein: die Betten sind gewöhnungsbedürftig, eine Matratze im Doppelbett, diese zu weich, wenn sich einer bewegt, schwingt der andere heftig mit)
