This is a fully private walkout basement apartment with a separate, secure entrance for you and your family
No stairs/slopes. One level access
While the upstairs is owner-occupied, your space is completely separated—offering a quiet, comfortable stay offering peace and enjoyment

This space is a basement apartment with a private entrance through the walkout basement door on the south side of the house. There is a heavy storm proof metal door at the bottom of the stairs that separates it from the upstairs. The door is equipped with two-sided locks and also a latch lock for you to use. All locks will remain locked at all times for your privacy. The upstairs is where me and my roommate reside. No kids or animals stay on this level. So the basement apartment is quiet and comfy. All I ask is that you kindly respect indoor and outdoor quiet hours as do we

House rules Shoes - Please remove shoes upon entering the suite. A shoe rack is provided by the door
Quiet Hours - 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Please be mindful of noise during these hours. This is a basement suite within a shared home
Fire Pit - no roasting marshmallows or other food on it. Please turn off before going inside
Smoking & Substances
Smoking and vaping Nicotine allowed outside only
Please use the ashtray provided (do not discard butts on the property)
No marijuana or drugs permitted on or around the property at any time
Safety - No open flames indoors (candles, incense, scent burners, etc.)
Pets - Dogs only (no cats or other animals)
All dogs must be included in your reservation
Please clean up after your dog (tools provided)
Please leash Dogs when in neighborhood Colorado has a leash law
A doggy door provides access to the fully fenced yard
Occupancy & Visitors - Maximum occupancy: 6 people total at any time
Visitors are allowed but must not exceed the maximum occupancy
Visitor fees: $10 per visitor (day use) $20 per overnight guest not included in the reservation
Parties & Events - No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted.
Enforcement - Violation of the following will result in immediate termination of your stay and may include a $300-$500 penalty
