From beginning to end we had a lovely time! During visit we had one question and it was answered and addressed immediately. Lovely hosts who communicated effectively and were very kind. We highly recommend staying here.

Highly recommend. Nancy & Paul easy to work with and great communication. Will stay here again. The loft has a comfortable bed and the ceiling is low. The sofa bed has a thin mattress as typical of sofa beds. Master bed also very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with almost everything you would need. No oven but has a microwave and stovetop. The highlight was seeing the horses on the property every day. This tiny home is about 30 - 45 minutes.so it is a convenient place to stay..
but ceiling is lowbedloft
Don’t read into description. The hot tub is by owners house not your tiny house. The golf cart isn’t for riding on trails. The golf cart is for taking your stuff to tiny house as you leave your vehicle at owners house Kinda a hassle for seniors. Nice place to visit overall
Our recent stay in Howey-in-the-Hills was extremely enjoyable, thanks in big part to Nancy and her family. They provided a clean, comfortable tiny house in a beautiful setting. We had everything we needed to be able to relax and unwind in the country, yet we were close enough to nearby cities to enjoy their offerings. The sunsets, outdoor fires, and horses were highlights to an ideal vacation. We highly recommend!!
First, Nancy and Paul were very welcoming. We automatically felt like family. We got a golf cart to drive down to the little house from the main house which was fun within itself, our boys loved it! The house was very clean and well set up. Had everything we needed and more. The horses Scout, Rabbit and Hanky were great…they came right up to the fence and we fed them apples. Our boys had a lot of room to run around outside while we enjoyed the huge fire pit and the view overlooking the lake and beautiful field…and you can see every star in the sky at night. It was definitely an experience to remember. Our boys didn’t want to go home and cried while we were leaving. My wife also cried while leaving because of how amazing the experience was and the hospitality we received from Nancy and Paul. We plan on coming back again!
Nancy was a great host! It was our first time staying in a tiny house and we loved it! The horses, Scout, Rabbit, and Hank were very friendly and made the experience even better. Highly recommend!
AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Highly recommend this Tiny House!
From the reservation process to the warm welcoming at the entrance of their home, owners Nancy and Paul truly made our first Tiny House experience an excellent one!
The Tiny House sits on the bottom part of the property with views to the lake which makes it for a magical evening to watch the sunsets. The rental comes with use of your own golf cart to move to and from your vehicle parked by the main house which made it super convenient! It had a fire pit and a BBQ grill that we enjoyed using each evening and a comfy porch for breakfast coffee overlooking the beautiful property which includes 3 horses.
As to the house itself, it is just wonderful! The photos don't give it justice! Nancy patiently gave us a walk through of everything we needed to know and instantly made it feel like home. Their attention to detail was also pleasantly surprising especially for a tiny house. The home felt cozy and quite comfortable with everything you need at arms reach!
We highly recommend trying it out for yourself!!
