The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building, was renovated in 2010, and is rustically furnished. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the forests and the quiet and sunny location by the water. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site.

On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated with central heating (gas) and underfloor heating. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance is im Erdgeschoss and ground level and with wardrobe. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room as intersecting room and with fireplace, lounge, dinette, TV and DVD. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the 25 sqm terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 6 chairs. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed. Bedroom with 3 single beds and 1 additional bed at bunk bed (upstairs). Kitchen as intersecting room, 12 sqm and with dinette, electric cooker (ceramic stove top), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 20 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access, toys, baby bed and high chair for children. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Hroznětín, 500 m a.s.l. The holiday flat is located on a 2000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a separate entrance. The flat is only suitable for families with children. Maximum 4 adults and 2 children. Please order bed linen and cots when booking. There is also a holiday flat CSR EZG 117 in the house for 6 people. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 5 cars) on the street in front of the house.
