30 day minimum Fully furnished (including linens and cookware) in a tasteful no-clutter, cosmopolitan style. Located in North Las Vegas close to grocery stores, etc. The International airport is a 20-minute drive as is the LV Convention Center, Allegiant (Raiders) Stadium,
Las Vegas Speedway and some of the most famous Las Vegas casinos (Bellagio, Caesar's Palace, MGM, Venetian, Wynn and more).

Upgrades include marble floors, granite kitchen counter top, Samsung stainless steel appliances and Samsung Smart TV.

If you are looking for a basic (no frills), clean place to come home to after your day in Las Vegas, this house is perfect for you! However, if you require luxury living, this may not be your best fit. It's an older home in an older neighborhood. Inside, the house is nicely upgraded, well maintained and immaculately clean. It is very comfortable for the less fussy looking for a quiet stay. We recommend this home for singles and couples.

Month to month stays are preferred. Rates can be adjusted based on length of stay.

A Very clean place to stay

Very clean property with pretty much everything you need. Fairly quiet older neighborhood not to far from the strip and about 30-40 mins from red rocks!

This property is great. My brother and I stayed here for the drag races. The property is clean and well taken care of. Pictures and description are on point, no surprises. John, the owner checked in prior to arriving, to make sure we knew where the key was and asked if I had any questions. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again when coming to Las Vegas!!!!!!!!

Beautiful, cozy, and clean!

I loved my time staying here! The marble floors keep the house nice and cool and all the furniture and beds were very comfortable! The beds were so comfortable I had a hard time getting up! The neighborhood is great, very convenient to the strip and anywhere else you may want to go. John is a wonderful host, he really cares about making sure you are happy with your stay and gave me some great tips on where to park at the strip and areas to visit. I will definitely be back!

HOME AWAY FROM HOME

Johns place was amazing, It literally was home away from home. Everything was smooth and clean and fresh. The communication with John was the best. I’ve stayed at other places but this one topped all of them. Parking was never an issue because you were able to park it in the driveway.

Why they chose this property

A very modest (not upscale) neighborhood built in the 1960's. It is a friendly residential area located in North Las Vegas. All of the surrounding neighbors are long-time locals who smile, wave and act as community watch. I must remain on happy terms with all of my neighbors. Therefore, this house is not appropriate for gatherings, parties or loud people!
