The Fereinwohnung is located upstairs with a separate entrance, a living room, a dining room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, shower / WC and cable TV invites you to linger. A parking lot at the house is available, as well as a large balcony. Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate.

Through a separate entrance you reach a 80 sqm apartment upstairs. A cozy living room with two sofa sets, cable TV, video recorder and a large adjoining balcony (about 14 square meters) invite you to relax. A spacious dining room is followed by a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, etc. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. The bedrooms have a total of 4 beds. A bedroom with a double bed (two separate mattresses of size 100 cm x 200 cm) and a room with two separate beds (size 90 cm x 200 cm) are ready for you. In addition, a travel cot and a high chair can be provided.
Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 18:00 and departures from 06:00 to 10:00.
